Beautiful, clean, updated and well appointed property. Friendly staff, great location. Will definitely stay again.

To be clear, I loved everything about this property! Just making note for others to be aware of their room choice! I picked a room on the 20th floor (I want to emphasize that I picked the room, not the Hilton team). Two challenges. The balcony and view were both stunning and terrifying at the same time! It is VERY high up. Great if you’re a thrill seeker. Second challenge was that my room was directly under the rooftop pool which turns into a fun nightclub on weekends. I recommend the pool club!! But also recommend choosing a lower floor if you are bothered by noise. I chose to just go up there and party with them. It was a great time!

I did not get to see the pool or the gym so I can’t comment on those. However, the hotel is located right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. It sits right next to this little music enclave, so I had live music with my dinner the night of my arrival. The next night I was pretty tired and the music ran late into the night BUT the doors are thick and buffered the sound well. If that would bother you, you should request a room in the opposite side of the hotel. Overall im very happy I stayed.

Elevators weren’t working so I took the stairs one night. It there is a smoker next to you, you have to keep your door shut during their smoke breaks, which sucked. Had trouble getting room service one night and kept getting rerouted. They were prob just busy.

The location was just right. There was some kind of skating board convention going on, and so we had a lot of music and action to watch from the balcony of our room. This hotel is located in the heart of all of the concert area.

I did not like that you had to pay $25 a night, plus taxes to park my car in the parking deck. I believe this should be included with the hotel fees. Another thing I did not like was that you had to request a microwave, be brought up to your room. They're not automatically in the room.

The room was very large and the balcony was fantastic! We were in a king corner oceanfront room and I would highly recommend splurging for this room. The sunrises were beautiful, seeing the beach and ocean from both windows was exactly what I was looking for. So many windows! Coming from NYC, I wanted a big room and lots of windows. The rooftop pool was great! We felt like we were on a cruise ship! The pool was a little small and lots of children made it hard to find a spot to relax, but there is nothing you can do about that. We rarely had to wait for an elevator, and we appreciated the signs alerting us to the "busy" times of the elevator so that we could avoid those times. The room was CLEAN, the bathroom was very nice.

We had a concerning issue with valet parking, I will not get into the details here, however the hotel management was extremely helpful and very quick to conduct an investigation. Also, something to note if you are planning to stay at this hotel during the summer: the hotel is located next to an outdoor music venue and there is live music every night from 7:00pm -10:00pm. If you are on that side of the hotel the music is VERY LOUD. I wish I had known this when booking the hotel. All other times of the day it is pleasantly quiet and relaxing. After the first night we made sure to be out during the concerts. The bathroom, although very nice, showed some signs of wear and tear. The bathroom sink had a couple of nicks and the grout in the shower was worn in some places.

We all had a wonderful experience. The location was great and close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I really loved the smell when you first enter the hotel. I was here for work but would come for my own personal vacation.

I feel a complementary breakfast should be offered. I traveled with 3 staff and 6 people with special needs. I was also surprised at the parking fee.

We had two windows that showed city and partial ocean view. The shower was really nice as well! I booked a deal for early check in and late check out which was based on availability. We were able to extend only an hour but oh well.

It took so long to get an answer at the front desk while in the room, and even though I am a Hilton honors, the system was trying to charge me to get the WiFi, and the front desk could not figure it out over the phone and wanted me to come to the front desk at almost midnight for assistance. I just used my hot spot to connect to my ipad.

Came to Virginia Beach to visit friends. It was so much more than that.. this hotel was extremely comfortable and the view was magnificent. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the sun rising was breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The restaurant, the people, the environment, the outdoor activities etc etc. highly recommended

If I had to complain about one thing. It would be the shower handle on the inside opposite of the door. No way to turn it on without getting wet. So be prepared for a shower when you are ready to turn it on.

The view was excellent! The valet staff was TOP NOTCH and always fast and made us feel like they had known us FOREVER!

We could never reach anyone when we called down to the lobby especially when my fiance had a medical emergency! The shower leaked on the floor terribly, there were no directions on how to use the television, 2 lights did not work in our room. The bed was SO hard. Also, bring from out of town we had to Google everything. We did not have information about the amenities of your bar, pool and times they opened or closed or how to get the the pool. We had to ask other guests. I wondered if it was because we booked through Booking.com or if we were a biracial couple.

I loved the Valet that was in attendance when I checked in, he was effervescent and a great person to have on the front lines, The lobby was clean and spacious the room was also clean the view made it top notch, we overlooked the beach and the Boardwalk Christmas lights.

The breakfast was subpar, I was a little upset that we had to pay for it, and it was expensive, when I could have paid for better. The beds where not that comfortable, and I wish the lobby had some Christmas decoration, I only say this because I accidentally went to the wrong hotel at first and there was a big Christmas tree and other festive decorations that were tastefully done that just felt warm and inviting in that lobby, that made it so, when I stepped into your lobby it did not wow me. Finally the morning valet did not give me the same bubbly, inviting feeling of the night before.

The convenience. The people that were in charge of the feedback dept were awesome at rectifying problems. Isabella was great and an asset to the staff. Clean room.

The valet people were rude. The people initially at the front desk have no feel for customer service. They had no empathy to my concerns and I had to voice them in order to get things accomplished. The indoor pool was dirty all 4 days. Visible mold inside the pool.
