I loved my experience with the staff both day and night, they were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I love the look and feel of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean and smelled wonderful. Thank you kindly for a beautiful experience Oceans 2700!!!

They needed to work on the bathroom fixtures more, the faucet for the sink wobbled a lot. Also, I wish that I didn't need an HDMI plug to watch TV. I came equipped with my Netflix to use via their WiFi but still could not enjoy TV because of that extra part that I was not aware of and truthfully don't even know how to connect. Just provide the Internet better, like Airbnb's do!!! I can just simply use my phone and QR Code and log into my account for all my streaming services.

Good parking, We like easy walking from parked car to room. We hate the big motels where you need a elevator then have to walk down what seems like 100 yards to your room. Then if you forget something in the car you have to do the whole process in reverse. Give us a mom and pop type motel every time. Staff at desk were nice.

No balcony chairs but that might be a good thing because you won’t have people yapping all night outside your door. No breakfast Bathroom tub looked a bit old and shabby but room was pretty clean.

Convenience, price, friendly, and excellent for the price.

It was all that I expected.

The place was great. The most affordable option in the area and it was great with friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean. The best part is Housekeeping doesn’t knock and wake you up. They leave you alone. The walls are also thick. You don’t hear all the banging and conversations you would elsewhere. Definitely will be back.

Overall, i DEFINITELY enjoyed my overnight stay. Very clean, loved all the bath products. The receptionist upon arriving was very nice.

Being that I’m from/live in North Carolina, some of my friends in VA had to park blocks away due to the parking only being for the customers, which is understandable but was a little inconvenient. Probably won’t book there as often due to them not being able to visit but i definitely loved it!

I live in VA Bch. Before my husband and I relocated out of town we let our lease expire (we knew we were moving with our careers) and stayed at this facility for a month. It is EXCEPTIONAL we have stayed in numerous hotels at the beach this is one of them try cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is beyond friendly and professional.

The room was very clean as soon as I opened the door you could smell the bleach! The location is perfect! My overall stay was a 10!! Thank u Oceans 2700!!! The staff is Absolutely Amazing!!

It’s signs on Every door that says NO smoking! Of course people was outside smoking blowing it in your face as you’re walking by!!

Clean rooms, rooms had a lot of lighting but parking was a little tight…. Love that we didn’t have to drive far to eat at restaurants, staff was was very nice and answered all of our questions with a friendly smile. Also they made sure we had everything we needed. Overall yes we will be more than happy to book again!! 👍😆

As a handicap person parking wasn’t always available in front of the room

The rooms were extremely nice and I was absolutely impressed!

Seems to have been a few hidden fees, I do not know exactly what for... the morning of my trip I watched as three withdrawals came from my account which I don't understand why they broke it up, but ok.. Then upon arrival, I had to pay an additional $40 payment (said it was bcuz I'd booked four rooms) and then an additional $50 that would be returned at the end of our stay.
