Hotel was close to the beach and almost in the middle of the boardwalk area.

Facility offered free wi-fi that you can join but not do anything with it since the service is so bad. Bathroom door lock wasn't working, entry door had about half an inch gap between the door and the floor, so hot air and all sorts of noise and dusts/dirts were coming in. Room had lack of towels. Cleaning crew simply replaced two dirty towels with clean towels but did not clean the room or the floor or took the trash out. Replaced one card key the first night and the second card key stopped working on the 2nd day.

It was very clean and very modern! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bathroom sink was very very fancy and I liked that a lot. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable.

My car keys acted very funny on the property. Other folks staying there had similar issues

It's has private parking, not dirty, no bugs, could use a makeover. It's right in the center of everything. I mean anything you want to do is in walking distance, activities, food, clubs, shopping and more. You're literally across the street from the boardwalk. If you stay on the 3rd and 4th floor, the view of the beach is great. I will book again.

The rooms need to be updated, but for the price you're paying and the location you can't complain.

As a solo guest I enjoyed staying in the 1 bedroom on the ground level by the office. It made it much easier to get to and from the beach. I also liked parking right out front of my motel room. I liked the extremely powerful AC unit.

Checking out at 11:00. I know that is a standard time but I’ve always wished I could check out later in the day. I’d love to have a system prorate me some extra hours to stay without staying the night.

Beautification is working. The place looks great! Very peaceful at night. The only con was the overall cleanliness, which wasn’t terrible. In particular, the floors were very dirty. Couldn’t walk around barefoot. Lots of dirt/dust/particulates would immediately cake your feet. Otherwise it was very nice.

Location is about a 5 minute walk to the water on Virginia Beach. Right on the main strip across the street from a 24 hour convience store. Room was clean and price was cheap. Walking distance to about 4 restaurants. Staff was cool . Environment was safe . And my room was clean no bugs I think those bad reviews are haters

The property was OK people were fine and somewhat polite.

I feel like the price is a little high for the one night including taxes. I currently don’t have a place to stay permanently. I’m in the process of moving so it’s making things difficult!

The manager/owner is a wonderfully friendly man who is willing to meet you and chat a few moments as you check in. This isn’t often the reality at most Va Beach hotels! The possibility of a place being good and recommended is only as positive as the nice people there! Blessings! 👍🤠🇺🇸

Noisy street, but not the property’s fault. Absolutely convenient and safe area otherwise!

The location is perfect. It is near CP Shuckers, so we could go watch the game and walk back. It's not a far walk to the beach, and some of our favorite stores are nearby. The staff was friendly. Thankfully, the room was cleaner this time. The repairs are patch jobs, but it's a cheap place to lay your head at night, not to look glamorous.

The pillows aren't great, and I forgot to bring mine from home. The bed is very firm and squeaky, but it wasn't terrible. I didn't wake up in pain or anything. The refrigerator was missing some of the bars to hold things in place, but I was still able to make everything fit.

Staff was wonderful it the third time we have stay with you ..we where very said too hear about the maintenance man passing away he was a very kind man ...thank you for being great with the family we will be back in a few years .

The beds had alot sand but we where very close to the beach so that was expected
