The staff was very receptive. Very concerned that you had a good stay from beginning to end. Were retired, born and raised in VB. Left 20 years ago. We were aware of the reviews. After our stay we could only conclude the negative reviews are anomalies of individuals experiences or incredibly high expectations. We found the rooms very clean especially for being pet friendly. Our two Border Collies (very skiddish-protective) were fine with the environment, yes it's loud at times (your at the Oceanfront) they had a comfortable sense to them. Close to good bars, good food options.

We can't find anything to complain about Oceans 24. Perfect, well kept, clean and presentable accommodations.

Very Clean! Friendly Staff! Ocean View room at a very affordable price!! Perfect location! I would definitely stay there again. The room was better than I expected very spacious bathroom! The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the water got nice and hot!

Even though we paid for a room we still had to pay $10 a night for parking. The parking lot wasn't at the motel it was around the block. Not the worst thing but I feel like paying all that money for a room the parking should be included not something you still have to pay for. That is my only complaint.

The room was just fine and the hotel is in a great/prime location! Right on the beach! The room though was not entirely clean, we found hair in the shower.

My one and only complaint is the rate for pets. We knew there'd be a pet fee but weren't aware it'd be $60/pet per night which ended up costing more than the room itself. We knew there'd be a cost but didn't expect it'd be THAT much.

We enjoyed the location being basically in the middle of everything. The staff was very attentive to us.

The only thing we didn't like, and the hotel didn't have control over, was the noise from passersby during nighttime hours.

The staff was excellent , friendly and very helpful !

It had nothing to do with the staff or the hotel it basically was torist the outside the car's revenue engines the motorcycles but that had nothing to do with the staff or the hotel

Found nothing wrong

We were facing the strip , got to see a little night life that were not used to ! Beach was maybe 1000 ft away with a nice private access to the beach, rooms were extremely clean and staff was welcoming.

That the parking lot was 2 blocks away. However they did allow us to park up front to carry our stuff in.

Loved the pet friendly policy. I reserved a sea view and was originally given a 2nd floor room. None of the 2nd floor rooms have a sea view. They all overlook the awesome pet exercise pit. On the oceanside, but no ocean view.

It wasn't a problem, but I wish I had known ahead of time that there is no elevator. The ocean view on the entire 2nd floor is blocked by the pet exercise pit.

great location righ on the beach, everything was great about this stay, the staff was nice and very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. place was clean, quiet comfortable, and well lit at night. we were also allowed to bring our dog. loved everything about this place.

Really excellent location, right on the beach, lots of things to do nearby. Reasonable pricing. Pet friendly.

Not enough pillows. Had to quickly open/close the door to the room to prevent teeny flies from getting in. Even if you were quick, you really couldn't prevent it.
