The 2 hosts that were there made my family's time here great. Wes and M were the best hotel hosts that I've had in a long time. They were friendly funny and gave great advice for food.

The facilities were not the cleanest. Towels had to be placed under the ac units in order to not have the ac leak all over the floor. The amount of grim and dirt around the mini fridge was absolutely disgusting. The housekeeping spoke zero English and said no English. So I had to go down to the lobby just to get extra towels because of the cleaner, not understanding what I was asking for. The door to the parking lot on the 4th floor was basically rusted shut. The elevator button was broken, The balcony kept getting water on it from the floor above dripping down. The garbage containers outside were overflowing and smelled.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in Room 106 on the ground floor, which had a convenient door right next to ours leading directly to the stairs and car park, making access super easy. Before booking, we saw reviews mentioning smoke from upper floors, so we requested a ground-floor room. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel is now completely non-smoking – fantastic news! The room was well-equipped with a fridge and a tea/coffee maker, which we appreciated. One of the highlights was stepping out onto our balcony and having the beach right there – such a treat! Just a 5-minute drive away, we discovered Harris Teeter, which has now become my favourite supermarket. It had everything we needed – fresh fruit, healthy snacks, great bakery items, and a lovely calm atmosphere. It was the perfect place to stock up for beach days or quick meals in the room. The hotel also has a pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was the ideal stay for us: beachfront, easy parking, smoke-free, close to great shopping, and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location, cleanliness, free juices and poocorn, indoor oool. Elevator was quick. Large bathroom and casual chair. Nearly new furnishings in room, exceot mattress. Unencumbered view of beach. Great little restaurant just down the walk, Sea Salt Grill.

Lobby restrooms were in poor shape. Parking garage was so tight. Bed was too soft and all movements transferred, very unlike home. We probably wouldn't stay here again because we like trying new places, and I'd prefer to be close to anaccessible wooden walkway to the beach.

I honestly loved the fact they accommodated the fact I'm afraid of elevators by getting me a first floor room. I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and flavored water dispenser. The fact that they had a bar over the patio window when closed to make sure no one could get in made me feel safe.

I thought that there would be a microwave in the room or at least the lobby. There was not, at the end of the stay when I mentioned it the hotel said they had extras I just needed to ask. That was the only downside to this hotel.

Highly Recommended Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My fiancé and I were extremely satisfied with our stay here. The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with any concerns or questions I had. I was very pleased that they have a coffee machine in the lobby with different latte/coffee/cappuccino choices. Loved our little porch with a beach view. It was extremely convenient to pop out to the beach. We stayed on the first floor. Loved that they gave us the option for which floor we wanted. I also liked that they have a parking garage built into the hotel and that they lock it up at night for safety purposes. I’ve stayed at several different hotels at VA Beach throughout my life and this one was definitely my favorite. We will probably be staying here again the next time we go.

The view was amazing on both sides front and back this was my first time staying here and I'll definitely be staying again , the staff was nice ,love the pool and the price wasn't bad at all we really had a wonderful family vacation

They were out of Xtra beds and while checking in they couldn't find my reservations but the guy there was nice to get his boss and she help us with no problem and got us right , the beds were smaller then I thought but other then these minor things the stay was great

Views were AMAZING though and there is free drinks in the lobby 24/7. There is also vending machines down there as well. Across the street from bars, stores, and restaurants. Activities always within short walking distance. We even seen dolphins right from our balcony! I would for sure stay again. Our room was pretty clean! TV worked no problem as well. The customer service was also great! We asked for extra towels a couple of times and it was never any issue. Oh & the indoor pool wasn’t cloudy or anything - was super fun when it was raining outside!

The only minor concerns that we seen, but didn’t really affect us, was the balcony door knob was a bit loose - but the door still opened/shut. Also, the body wash in the shower was empty, but we always bring our own anyways! Lastly, it could get kinda warm in the hallways.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to park and change in the lobby so we could go on out on beach. They made us recommendations for eating and fun. The next day after check out, they were very friendly and still allowed us to park and enjoy the beach another day and then use lobby bathrooms to change before driving home. Room was clean. View perfect. Balcony was a very nice size. There was a nice free coffee machine in lobby.

The only thing I would say is Queen beds over double---the double beds were small to share with someone, but they were comfortable. There was enough lobby area where they could offer some sort of breakfast.

The location was great. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice having a fridge in the room. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I like sleeping with the room really cold and it was able to stay cold all night.

We planned on ending the beach day with a swim in the pool but there were bubbles all over the top layer. It didn’t appear safe to get in.

We had a wonderful stay this week. The staff was amazing & always pleasant. Ervin & Wes were very hospitable & made our experience very enjoyable. The hotel / rooms were clean with the housekeeping team doing a great job. Location of the hotel was perfect - Oceanfront & right by I-64. We will definitely stay there again.
