The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice. The suite, in general, was spacious, and our ocean front view was spectacular. The water pressure was almost too good. The coffee in the lobby was GREAT.

The toilet and bathtub were in extremely tight quarters. There were a few minor maintenance issues,(the balcony railing and cabinets under sink) that may need addressed. One small elevator made for extended wait times, but no real issue.

We arrived and one of our 2rooms was ready way before check in. The front desk worker was very nice. ** here is my honest opinion of this hotel. Is it outdated? Yes it is. Was our room clean? It was clean and rather large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds we have experienced in a hotel. Was there a lot of noise? Yep you're surrounded by a whole lot of people on vacation. Take a fan with you put in the bedroom to drown out the noise. Was there sand on the floor? Yes it's directly on on a beach there is going to be sand and or salt. I bought a cheap broom to keep our room as sand free as possible. Was the bathroom small? Yes but do your business and get out. So in a nutshell if you go on vacation to sit in your room this is not your spot. If you're like my family and dont mind an older room because you use your hotel to sleep and shower this is a good hotel for you. Would I stay here again. I sure would. The only complaint I have is the elevator is very slow and if the hotel is full you wait a bit for a ride up or down

The balcony and view, the sofa bed was queen sized and room had a kitchenette, plenty of towels was provided. no bugs which is a definite plus.

Parking was provided for only one guest when in some cases there are two cars. Staff wasnt too pleasant and seemed irritated when you needed them especially the young ladies. Balcony was loose on one side which was very dangerous and the bathroom is really small , door can't close while you use the toilet and is located in the bedroom of some of the rooms.. Kitchenette only worked on one side , water was like warm the whole stay, and elevator is the only one for the place and will take a while.I guess ok for the price and view , this was my 2nd stay, and I will return because there were no bugs and that's a plus.

The property is located in a great area. It’s right around everything as far as entertainment goes.

The hotel needs to be updated. It is very old and dilapidated. The rooms weren’t really clean at all. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies just to clean the room and feel comfortable staying. The Housekeeping and up keep is terrible.

Bed sheets weren't clean, we had to wipe off sand and dirt from the sheets before we got in bed, there was small black hairs on the tub,, who ever designed that bathroom was very stupid, was very difficult to use the toilet without bumping your legs or knees against the tub, very poorly designed,hard to get out of the shower without bumping against the toilet

Location was wonderful even though there happened to be construction on the beach. But the hotel can't control that. Was very clean, and the staff was lovely and very accommodating. Oceanfront view was wonderful

No extra pillows or blankets. Maybe more than 1 garbage.

The location was the best and my daughter loved the pool! The towels and beds were very clean too.

The floors in the room were dirty. Could have used a good sweep and mop. The stairs at the first floors smelled like urine.

Loved the location it was quiet the hotel was clean the pool was clean the staff was friendly I will stay here again

Huge room with door to the bedroom allowing for privacy. Actually decent pullout couch. Definitely will stay again.

Only 1 elevator that is very small so takes a few trips if you have a lot of people needing to use the elevator. Literally my only complaint. The rest was great.

There was no breakfast only coffee and juice

Switch for light close to front door not work so I can’t turn on lights and for cleaning room and change towels I have to make appointment there is no every day service!!!
