The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location.

The room had a black moldy spot on the ceiling and the bed was very uncomfortable. It had one of metal cot box springs that makes noise everytime you turned over and was hard. The room itself was very clean, and overall besides the bad nights sleep, it was decent compared to other hotels I have stayed in around the area. The wifi didn't work in the room we were in. Had to sit close to the door to go out to the elevator to get it to work.

Quick check in. The front desk clerk was so sweet and very helpful. She needs a pay raise ;) Carts were near to take your belongings up to your room and when leaving. The bed was comfy. You can smell the clean and you could see the clean! The lady who cleans on floor 8 needs a pay raise too :) That hot tub looked awesome but I was too sick to use it :( There was plenty of bedding especially when I was running a fever and had cold chills. The location was great! We will be back for sure.

Pillows were blah. I think y'all need new pillows!! The room for the toilet was teeny. If I was more heavy set I'd find difficulty using it.

The staff was always helpful and congenial. The room was small but everything was in good working order, the restaurant was exceptional!!! Excellent food, fantastic staff, the restaurant performed above expectation during the very busy Memorial Day weekend. The kitchen sink counter area was really helpful

The bathroom was very small, the tile grout dirty, the tub didn't drain properly, and there were no grab bars, no towel bars. The AC didn't seem to operate properly. It was hard to control the temp, often got to cold.

I was there for a 3 night stay. The minute we arrived the staff received us great and checked in to our room fast without any issues. We had dinner at the grill located beside the pool. Food was awesome!

Room looked very clean but, my daughter being allergic to some things, became itchy upon laying down on the bed. I always carry extra sheets for traveling so there was no need to call for assistance. This solved our issue and was able to sleep well throughout our stay.

Great location right on the beach. The staff were amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the property has great food!!

There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a while to be able to get our luggage downstairs at check-out. Parking was challenging at times even though there are 4 lots for the hotel.

We’ve stayed here twice it’s a great location the parking is good! And the front desk workers are the absolute best around the reason why we come back !

The beds are not the best but it’s okay

Have enough spaces to move around. How the bathroom in the center of the room. I love that there is a sink next to the microwave. It also have extra counter top between the microwave and sink that is a plus for me. I was able to setup a cooking area there. I like how it has a full side refrigerator.

The worst part was there are little black ants all thorough out the room. I did not like how the cards to my room keep getting deactivated. I do not like how there's not many parking spots on weekend plus the parking space are very narrow. It will be hard to park if you drive a big vehicle.

Excellent location. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms have been updated and are very comfortable.

I would prefer that the bathrooms get a refresh. While they are very clean, they are dated.

The bathroom could use some extra cleaning or re-worked because I don’t think the grudge that was around the tub can be cleaned with normal housekeeping

The Beach view was awesome. Had a good breakfast downstairs at the restaurant restaurant on Saturday morning.

Night time was very congested with people at the driveway to the boardwalk had a hard time trying to access the parking lot adjacent to the building due to people loitering and blocking the road. Did not feel safe in the evenings! Motel was locked down around 8 or so. If you was out you had to be let in. Didn't feel like a secure area in the evenings. Door on room #804 drags on the door frame opening/closing top hinge needs screwed to the door tighter, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Downstair restaurant wasn't open Friday morning.
