5 Stars – Amazing Stay & Exceptional Service! My experience at this beachfront hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—with stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and a relaxing atmosphere that made every moment feel like paradise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the service—especially from Shiva at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, Shiva went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips on local restaurants and attractions. Whenever I had a question or request, Shiva handled it with a smile and genuine care. His hospitality made a lasting impression, and he is a true asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic stay with outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back—and hope to see Shiva again on my next visit!

We had such a wonderful stay at Aqua Vista! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. A special thank you to Shiva, the manager at the front desk — he went above and beyond to help us and made our birthday celebration truly special. His kindness and support meant so much to us! Our room had an incredible ocean view!!! The hotel is right on the beach, just steps away, which made everything so convenient. On the first floor, we enjoyed some really good coffee — such a nice way to start the day. Both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I had booked this trip two months in advance, and everything went exactly as planned — no missing info, no confusion, just great service. Yes, the hotel and the rooms are a bit older, but they keep everything clean and tidy. Our room was fresh, the beds were made well, and we had all the essentials: towels, a microwave, a fridge, even an iron and a hairdryer. The TV had lots of channels, although you can’t connect your phone to it, but honestly, we had more than enough to watch. There’s also parking just across the street, reserved for hotel guests, and plenty of space. There’s a small 15-minute spot in front of the hotel too, just for quick check-in. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. Huge thanks again to Shiva, he truly made a difference. For the price we paid, this was one of the most affordable hotels in the area, and we still had such a joyful, relaxing stay. Would absolutely come back!

I loved the view! OMG the Oceanfront was beautiful. The hotel was in the midst of all the action on the Boardwalk and easily located one block from the 258 Center Highway!

They were doing construction and painting the rooms and the outside, which wasn't a major issue, but the carpets in the halls were gross. I would not have been caught dead barefoot. The room we initially stayed in had a clogged sink and wouldn't drain, it also did not have washcloths. We were moved to an amazing oceanfront, but the new room didn't have the King bed so we slept a bit tight. The new room also had a large walk-in shower, but no shelves... So our toiletries had to sit on the floor. I have a heart condition that causes me to faint if I bend over, so I have to take my cooler into the shower for a shelf so I didn't faint in the shower and bust me head open. There was also not housekeeping available. So that we a bummer to clean towels... But whatever.

Great area. Very short walk to the boardwalk & beach. Front desk service is very satisfactory. All employees are doing their best to ensure customers are well-taken care of. Rooms are quiet & comfortable & clean. All staff we encountered are personable & helpful!

Wish the parking lot at the hotel were larger. However there is parking near the hotel.

The location was perfect it was right on the strip close to everything and the beach is a 2 min walk the most and 20 sec sprint lol! Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner within a 10 block Raduis walking distance. The room was clean , the bed was super comfy and the view was outstanding

The floors felt very clammy and sandy as if they were just swept and not mopped.

The view from our room was beautiful, the location was good. near stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Entry into the side of building. You had to walk around the building to get back in the door. The key card doesn’t work on that door. They need more parking for those who can not walk from a parking lot behind the stores .

Loved the location. In middle of all the restaurants and shops. Beachfront balcony.

Had park across the street behind of the shopping strip and walk to motel,while I am handicap with heart trouble and lung disease. While you have 2 cars with teenagers parked in handicap parking spots. Told front desk he only smiled and brushed it off.

The location was perfect, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We were able to visit several venues, and access was within a few minutes. We also enjoyed our visit to the nautilus exhibition located in Norfolk as well as my hometown of portsmouth.

No complaints.

The location was great! It was basic, but comfortable especially for a quick trip. Bed was very comfortable. It’s very loud at night during the season, but that is to be expected while staying on the boardwalk.

There was complimentary coffee downstairs which was great, but I wish we had a coffee maker in our room.

Locatiin was excellent, front desk very nice Price was decent.

The parking...parking lot was across the ,street. Just not close enough for my liking. The only one elevator was really slow I wish the bathroom had some type of stand or something... no place to put your shower necessities, no place to hang your bath towels.
