I liked that the hotel had its own entrance to boardwalk, rental/giftshop, pantry, free coffee in AM, and onsite restaurant. The boardwalk and main parking ramp entrances were controlled by room keys. Balcony was big enough for two chairs, small tables, and allowed movement. There is no noise from the restaurant below unless on the balcony. There was nice lighting - lights above beds, bedside lamps, desk lamp, and ceiling light.

The bed was firm, there were no liners in trash cans, and noise. You will hear the military planes at night and during the day and inside the room. I was able to hear doors and movements from other places in the hotel, but never conversations. For some reason, it sounded like pool balls rolling around upstairs. The bathroom sink light switch was by the door. It was awkward to use.

The hotel was great. The breakfast included was not at the hotel. It was at a restaurant beside it. The restaurant is connected to the hotel and you can get there through the lobby. The breakfast was great. They offer turkey sausage and bacon! There is nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was great. I parked on the same floor our room was on. You can get in from the parking deck. Housekeeping was friendly as well. We visited the area quite a bit each year and stayed at other hotels on the beach but not like this. The room was a nice size. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside patio furniture was BIG people friendly. I cringe when i see plastic chairs, lol. But those were Ford tough, lol! I would give more stars if I could. Me and my family will definitely be back!!

The pool was a little small, but it still git the job done

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel over all was very nice. The lobby area is beautiful with direct access to the beach and boardwalk as well as 2 restaurants and a convenience store. An added bonus was that our room was ready first thing in the morning, so we didn't have to wait all day to check in. The staff was also very friendly.

There was an issue with my pre-payment not showing up in their system when I checked in so I had to pay again at check in until they could find the problem which turned out to be an error on their end. They were very nice and apologetic, but it was a hassle I would have rather avoided.

Room had excellent view of the beach and a deck where you could watch it. There were two restaurants on premises that had expansive seafood menus. Yet they also had things for kids and people the do not like seafood. Staff came in each day to tidy the room. That should be a given but it’s often not other places. Nice indoor pool. Place was kept clean. Staff was always ready to help. There is a boardwalk that almost takes you all the way to shore off the main boardwalk that other nearby places did not have. They made the stay very enjoyable.

The staff at the adjoining restaurant was very friendly, and there are delicious and varied breakfast options. There is a little sundry shop that has all the stuff you may have forgotten or need more of. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was nice, and the curtains did a great job of keeping out the morning sun

We were there for 4 days. On the 2nd day our room didn't get serviced, BUT we don't really care, we just wanted the complimentary bottle of water. So the Mrs. asked the housekeeper and she have us two. We probably could have called down and gotten the room clean. I just mention it in case you care about that kind of thing

Staff was nice and helpful. Location was fine. Room was nice size and good views and balcony was nice.

There were people clearly smoking weed on our floor, but what can you do? The hotel needs another facelift, and the beds could be better. The location is ok but could also be better for the cost. The restaurant was on and off good bad but overall fine. The service in the area is very slow so just be aware of that.

The hotel has been nicely refurbished and appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful- allowed a delayed checkout for me to attend a zoom call. When lobby coffee was out, receptionist brought me a cup of coffee from the hotel restaurant. The Shrimp restaurant had very good breakfast. The nicest feature for those staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors is that the parking garage exit is directly adjacent to the hallway with room entrances- car was as close as walking to the elevator. Others complained about lot being tight- yes, but not that bad when arriving early. I prolonged my stay by 1 day. Loved Eddies Seafood on the pier for breakfast and one dinner.

AC unit is extremely loud and the toilets (mine and the nearby rooms) flushed like a cannon going off. Rooms are on the small side- especially with 2 double beds. Need to close room door tightly- check to ensure it actually is locked.

Our room was great....comfortable bed and pillows. It was great enjoying a morning coffee and beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The location was perfect, right on the boardwalk. The restaurant served great breakfasts, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked a comfortable chair to sit on. The front desk manager offered to get a chair from the banquet hall but that wouldn't have been suitable. There was a lot of renovating happening on our floor which tended to slow the elevators some. Every worker we encountered was apologetic and considerate, however.

Location was great

Their restaurant was not good. Staff never smiled...literally....all seemed in a bad mood and didnt want to be there. A new bartender was nice and the hostess. Other than that staff seemed demoralized. Long wait for food and even a mimosa. First time ever i left eggs benedict on my plate. Was horrible tasting. Our friend got the combo plate, and they gave the pancake to another customer. Even told us that. I knew it would be bad when we got there and another customer left saying good luck! In fairness they did not charge for the combo breakfast so they tried to make it better but really, how do you forget a pancake? Go to Sunny Cafe instead for a great breakfast. You can walk to it from the Hotel.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Also only a few hundred feet from the pier and Ocean Eddie’s, which is an excellent place to eat! Restaurant downstairs is decent . Hotel smells fresh. The smell downstairs is different, but still fresh. Gym,elevator, free coffee, towels , clean bedding , quiet rooms , and no trash lingering around while I was there. I’m happy with it . Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Glad I picked it.
