The hotel was beautiful but no one cleaned our room. I called the front desk (great) and they sent someone to pick up the trash. During breakfast it was so much chaos & a line around the corner there was a lady named Chris cleaning outside dining area. She came in and started making waffles and making kids plates to get the kitchen clear and organized. I thought that was wonderful team work.

So many dogs. I understand people have pets but I think dogs should be in another area of the beach and hotel.

Everything was awesome

Our room was fantastic! We had five guests and a baby, and everyone felt comfortable. The sofa bed was incredibly cozy, and one of our kids particularly loved the lower bed. We stayed on the tenth floor, and the view was stunning, although it felt a bit high up. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options to please everyone. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was great, and they provided towels in the pool area. There’s also an outdoor shower for guests. A crib was supplied for the infant, and we found plenty of extra linens in the room.

We did not get house keeping service on our 2 day stay. Although the crib did make it in time for putting baby down; we requested the crib at noon and it took 2 more calls in order to receive it at 10:30 PM. Dunes restuarant bar drinks are on the pricer side.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We genuinely felt that they wanted us to enjoy our stay. We had a great breakfast every day that we were there-made getting our day started easy. Right on the ocean, great view, would absolutely stay here again.

The ONLY thing that could have been better was the delay in having our room cleaned/refreshed. Everything else about our stay was perfect!

My husband and I met the kids and granbabies there.we arrived first . Haley was an exceptional host. We were on the 12th floor which I did not realize there was that many. Not that I'm afraid of heights but it did make me nervous mostly with the one grandchild. They were gracious enough to move us to level 4. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great.Both pools were great. The views from room was awesome.The manger was also helpful in room changing.

I had read on reviews about the water not be very hot. This was my only problem. It was lukewarm.

The two adjoining rooms we booked, and FINALLY got into, were great; very comfortable and better quality than what we were used to.

One of the three elevators was down, which made for extra wait times when a lot of people wanted on at the same time. Our check-in was listed at 4:00pm, we arrived approximately 30 minutes early and were told that our rooms were not ready yet, which was understandable since we were a little early...we were told our wait would be 30 to 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour and a half, and were still told it would be another 45 minutes!!!! Finally, the staff put us in other rooms that were ready, it was very frustrating. Two of the mornings there wasn't enough seating for everyone who were having breakfast because there were too many people there at the same time.

EVERYTHING! Food was amazing from kitchen. Chicken salad sandwich was too die for! Staff could not of been nicer, especially front desk and kitchen. These people put up with a lot of unnecessary ignorance from guest / I seen it and it's terrible but they keep a smile on their face very impressive because I would of been over the counter on a couple of them! Great job staff! Don't take it, you all are human too

Very clean room. Maid service comes every other day, employees were always working on things around hotel, so if you needed towels, or something else they helped in anyway possible. Very nice experience with hotel. Inside the shower they had a bar to step into the bathtub to hold onto. They had, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the wall.

The only thing was there was no waste basket inside the shower, toilet bowl area, but it is outside the door where the mirrors and hair dryer was. You can move it inside instead.

Very open and clean hotel. The decor and setup of the hotel was very inviting. We Loved that it was so close to the boardwalk with plenty of benches for a nice stroll and rest along the way. Plus, great areas for outside seating and dining while enjoying the ocean views.

Maybe more spaces for Handicapped parking. Otherwise, I can’t think of anything else that would have made our stay better.

Great location for us, being so close to the causeway. Wonderful oceanfront view. All of the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, except for the pillows. Nice layout. Enjoyed having a full length mirror. Lobby was very attractive and we enjoyed the bar for happy hour. View was lovely, both in our room and from the lobby.

The room was way too dark for our liking…especially the sink area. It was close to impossible to apply makeup The closet was so dark we almost needed a flashlight to pick out our clothes. The bed pillows were too firm for my liking…glad I brought one of my own. Although the sofa was quite attractive, it had no head support, making it difficult to sit for anytime to read or watch TV.
