The two adjoining rooms we booked, and FINALLY got into, were great; very comfortable and better quality than what we were used to.

One of the three elevators was down, which made for extra wait times when a lot of people wanted on at the same time. Our check-in was listed at 4:00pm, we arrived approximately 30 minutes early and were told that our rooms were not ready yet, which was understandable since we were a little early...we were told our wait would be 30 to 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour and a half, and were still told it would be another 45 minutes!!!! Finally, the staff put us in other rooms that were ready, it was very frustrating. Two of the mornings there wasn't enough seating for everyone who were having breakfast because there were too many people there at the same time.

Very clean room. Maid service comes every other day, employees were always working on things around hotel, so if you needed towels, or something else they helped in anyway possible. Very nice experience with hotel. Inside the shower they had a bar to step into the bathtub to hold onto. They had, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the wall.

The only thing was there was no waste basket inside the shower, toilet bowl area, but it is outside the door where the mirrors and hair dryer was. You can move it inside instead.

Great location for us, being so close to the causeway. Wonderful oceanfront view. All of the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, except for the pillows. Nice layout. Enjoyed having a full length mirror. Lobby was very attractive and we enjoyed the bar for happy hour. View was lovely, both in our room and from the lobby.

The room was way too dark for our liking…especially the sink area. It was close to impossible to apply makeup The closet was so dark we almost needed a flashlight to pick out our clothes. The bed pillows were too firm for my liking…glad I brought one of my own. Although the sofa was quite attractive, it had no head support, making it difficult to sit for anytime to read or watch TV.

The location is great!! Also, the breakfast was so good!! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I walked in the lobby to check in and immediately wanted to leave as the amount of air freshener or perfume or whatever they use was so overwhelming. I sneezed and coughed thru the whole check in and it was literally all I could taste and smell all day. The next day as we were waiting for the elevator I saw an employee walking thru the hall with a bottle of stuff and he was spraying every square inch of the walls, floors, air. Other than that, it was a great stay. But if you have an aversion to strong smells, I'd definitely stay away.

The location is wonderful. They have added a bar since the last time we've stayed there and it's a great addition. The breakfast is good, there are lots of variety.

The pool was heated, but not heated enough for December. But the big issue was the space that the pool was in, didn't seem heated at all. One of the reasons we decided on this hotel was for the indoor pool, and we couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes. Also, the water in the shower was barely warm, so showering wasn't comfortable.

Happy hour, bartender was amazing. The beach was beautiful, and it was a real treat to wake up, eat breakfast, and watch dolphins from our table while eating. Parking was easy, and checking in was easy as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent. There were a lot of options to choose from.

I was charged twice for incentives, and no one wanted to fix it they just told me it would come back into my account after my stay. Instead of $40, I was charged $80. I still haven't received it back, but it is only 4 days after leaving.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was right on the beach with a great view, even got to see a dolphin which was exciting. The room was clean and every time I encountered a staff member they were so polite and welcoming.

It's winter so already it's cold to be on the beach but the room was freezing. The thermostat was at 68 which is the norm but with how cold it was outside I wish we could have been able to make the room warmer. We tried but the thermostat was very loyal to it's 68 degrees.

The room is clean and newly renovated. The staff were nice.

The wait time in the elevators can be long. The indoor pool is not that clean. I requested for a rollaway bed when I made the reservation, they put a note on it but apparently they will not reserve it for you. So there’s no sense of requesting it ahead of time. When we checked in around 3pm. I requested for it again. 7pm, still no rollaway bed, i called again they said they will check. They called back 10 mins after to tell me they dont have any available. Now I’m wondering if they don’t really have one when I requested or they forgot about it and gave it to someone else instead.

Perfect location and the rooms were modern and very clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Outdoor pool/bar/hot tub was amazing

One of the elevators was down so there were only 2 working so the line was always pretty crazy. They also had a funky smell, but I guess that’s to be expected with only 2 elevators and a busy resort. Breakfast was hectic everyday we went. Line was crazy and they were always out of utensils/plates/sugar packets and the tea section was always empty which was kind of a bummer for us non coffee drinkers.

The staff truly made our experience great! They were genuinely friendly and helpful. They were all so welcoming and kind. We also really appreciated the breakfast option. We were impressed! Great variety and it was delicious. The hotel was modern and beautiful. The lobby was beautiful and the decor above the bar was really cool. The room was clean and a great size. We were satisfied with our stay!

Unfortunately, the elevators weren’t always working. 1 of the 3 were down most of our stay. Then we had a power outage in our room.
