Although there was construction going on, the hotel was relatively clean! The hallways could definitely use some work, but honestly, the rooms were an 8/10. Everything was clean enough to be comfortable to sleep in the bed, even for my partner and I (very grossed out by dirty places). I will say, however, the couch in the room was more than undesirable. It looked like it came from a 70's brothel. BUT the bed was exceptional! Either way, we loved the stay. Especially for the price!! $80 usd for one king size bedroom, 2 people. 6th floor with balcony and beachfront view. (a friday night)

The hallways and lights made it creepy and dingy looking, but once you enter your room it's like walking into a different hotel!

I loved the location of the property. It was right on the beach. Our room was a king room with a view of the pool and the ocean. Mind you most of their rooms are partial views because the hotel is horseshoe shaped. When booking if you want a full ocean view make sure to read the description of the room as it will say ocean view or ocean view/pool view!! The hotel is close to shops and restaurants that you can walk to rather than driving. Parking is available with your room at $10 a day. There is also a bar out by the pool. I tried their Pineapple Crush and it was delicious. They also serve food at the bar.

The lobby where you walk to your rooms definitely could be fixed up a bit and more presentable. As well as the hall ways where the rooms are. Although the hotel was clean there is just a bit of up keep that can have extra attention to it.

Our room with clean, fresh, shower had great water pressure. The room had a wonderful view of both the ocean and pool area. Even had a small balcony. Loved the bar/snack area at poolside. Just a few steps to the boardwalk/ocean. Parking was very convenient. Lots of great eating places and shops within walking distance. I was worried by the other reviews, but other then the hall rugs needing a cleaning (hard to do with everyone coming in going from the beach and pool), it was a great place to stay at a great price.

While the balcony was nice overlooking the pool and ocean, the AC unit discharged hot air so you had to squeeze your chairs over to one side to avoid it.

The front desk was amazing! So friendly and helpful! Rooms were fine. Beach views. Nice part of the beach. Only took a couple minutes to walk to our dolphin tour. Pillows are nice.

The pool is public. More like a club pool party vibes. Super cool. Totally ok with it. Pre family I would have been cloud 9. Security asked my kid for his ID to get in. Toilet seat was broken but I mean still worked. Tile floors so just had to be careful when you are walking to not fall. The microwave cord is not actually long enough to plug in. So that needs to be moved towards to outlet in order to use it.

The location was great.

Smelly trash in hallway outside our room, tub didn’t drain properly, saw a huge bug on last nights stay. On check out morning, the “manager” was a bit rude/cold. Like I said good morning and SHE didn’t even make eye contact or say thank you. Plus appeared VERY bothered that I asked for a receipt. The property was dilapidated which would have been ok, except for bad smell in hall and faulty bathroom, bug in room.

The breakfast was good for a basic meal, would like to see protein items added to make it a healthier meal. The bed was comfortable, the view fantastic, the value great for the money, and the beachfront was great for events and the surf. The only thing I would do is get a better computer and printer for the guest usage as it was slow and out dated, and made it hard to print out my tickets for an event.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The room was perfect, first floor level right on the boardwalk. And the food location are just walks away up and down the boardwalk, or minutes drive away. Best room I ever had on a beach vacation.

The hotel and room needs more cosmetics work done, the room interior fixtures are new ,but the walls and ceiling needs more work and not have the look of a patch job. The advertisement said free parking, that is not true. $10 a day. All the patio and balcony doors needs attention, loud creek when closing, you can hear this through out the building. Staff needs training in customer service.

We loved the location. Everything that we needed or wanted was just a short walk away. It was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. We will be back.

Our room was nice and clean but didn't like the 6th floor. Not good when you want to sit on the balcony but are afraid of heights. Also loved the pool area but didn't like that other people could just walk in off the street and hang out at the pool. The DJ was good but it was too loud, when you can't even hear what the reception is telling you do too the music at the pool.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel was clean and did not have any strange smells as some hotels do. Would like to come back and get a Oceanfront room on the higher floor next time. We got put on the first floor this time

The parking for this property is across the street and it is not policed properly. People park there and go to the beach. It is hard to find a parking place. I had to ride around the parking deck which is only one level and wait for 10 minutes before somebody came out and left out of a parking spot that I could park in.

We liked the location and the free breakfast, the only dissapointment was the Chicken sausage. The attendant said everyone doesn't eat pork. But, everyone doesn't eat chicken or turkey sausage either. I think they should have a variety.

Our room was good, the only problem was the toilet kept running. I told the front desk and they were willing to move us to a different room, but we just dealt with it because I didn't want to repack and move. We were there for 4 days. And, we could stop the running by giggling the handle, but you shouldn't have to do that in a hotel. The hotel could use some additional cosmetic renovations.
