Room and location was very clean and comfortable for the price. Right across the street from the beach. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay again

I really don't have any complaints. Just the first night the neighbors kept slamming doors and arguing but the staff was right on it. Thanks to the staff.

Location and price are pretty decent if you want to be on the oceanfront.

Breakfast area is a little too small for the amount of people staying there. Hard to find seating and long wait to make a waffle.

I had a spacious room to myself. The bonus was that I could see the ocean. The downside was that it was next to the elevator. I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff. There was a daily breakfast. The breakfast room was a nice size and looked clean. I only grabbed coffee. I did not request turn-down service, and no one knocked on my door in the morning. I left an item in the room upon checkout. Luckily, I went to the beach. I called the hotel four hours later to see if it was turned in. I was told the room had not been cleaned. I stopped by the hotel before driving home. Wendy from housekeeping said she found it and submitted it to the front desk. I was so surprised and delighted. Also, the hotel is one street away from the beach. I highly recommod this hotel.

My room was next to the elevator so that it could be loud. One of the floors in the elevator seemed unsafe.

I book hotels for the pool. I've stayed here @5× and so far it's been amazing. its consistently super clean quiet and the staff are on top of every need my only complaint (each time) is the breakfast. If they fixed that, it would be perfect.

The complimentary breakfast. same lady each time. she always seems put out. It would be so easy to make the breakfast match the rest of the hotel. the area is dirty, the few hit foods are empty or look like they've been there too long. bagels and bread are stale. condiments are great, waffles are yummy and the coffee is good. but it's not worth the "free" price tag. I don't like " attitude" first thing in the morning.

The room was very good. Loved the fact that there were chairs outside the room so that there was an option to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also liked that there were snack huts on the property. the location was perfect because it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The bathroom wasn't up to par. the tub looked dirty even after the staff cleaned it. the water didn't drain when taking a shower. It wasn't sanitary.

Very close to the beach, amazing view from the balcony, great pool area, great choice at breakfast, nice and helpful stuff, very good air conditioner and not super loud, bed is comfortable.

There are a number of things and some of them I mentioned to the front desk. Bathtub had a hole so water got in between layers so when you step inside it feels soft and bubbly. The faucet was dripping, no big deal though didn’t bother me. The pillows felt like stone but still usable. My entire stay someone was arguing day and night starting from 4 am and so on. Never stopping so not sure if that should be addressed to the management but it was impossible to sleep. Also some people closing the doors so loud that the entire floor moves. Had issues with the door keys pretty much every day, the stuff was super helpful though.

I love that I arrived around 20min ahead of check-in, and they went ahead and checked us in. We are pretty easy in terms of our needs, so we don't need room service while there. It was very nice to have staff ask if we needed anything when they saw us out. There was an incident with another patron who was drunk and throwing items from his balcony into the pool. This became a safety issue as people were trying to swim. Staff promptly answered the phone and resolved the issue. We have stayed at this property multiple.times over the last decade or so, and always have a great time.

The literal only thing I would mention is the pool care. There is not alot of cleaning of the pool between Monday and Thursday. Fortunately we prefer the ocean and beach to pool lounging.

Read online reviews and i can confirm several things. The elevators DO have a weird smell. Not foul, just weird. The room was clean but the bathroom could use an update. Old school tub and curtain that definitely has some age on it. The area was not as bad as I was expecting from the previous reviews. It was the off season so not very busy at all. Would definitely stay there again for 100.00 a night, taxes included.

Bathroom was dated. Not dirty or any leaks and such, just an old style tub with a curtain.

The pool was so beautiful , very clean , my kids enjoyed , very spacious , nice scenery , water wasn't too cold , comfy enough to get right in ! We had a kitchen , dishes , coffee , a safe (yes, a safe) lol , plenty of trash cans with extra trash bags at the bottom , microwave , stove , 2 queen beds , cable tv , etc ..... Breakfast was very good . Many options : water, orange juice, sausage , coffee , waffle maker ( yes, you can make your own waffle ) , small little cheese eggs, omelets , different types of cereals , bagels, fruits like oranges, apples, bananas , yogurts , and the wonderful condiments to go along with it all .... I'll give it a 10 Parking was super easy , they will give you a parking pass ..... 1 parking spot per room, though ..... Shoutout to the front desk for giving me an option on what floor I wanted to stay on . I chose the first floor 😂 Not sure if that's an option for all or if I caught them on a good day Of course, it's located in a great spot , right across the street from the beach . Need a quick store run , no worries, 7 Eleven is around the corner about 3 mins away if you decided to speed walk 😂 Ice-cream stand , right on the corner as well and close late night 🌙 Funnel Cake stand close by as well .... My check-in experience was super easy , booked with booking.com paid in full , no extra fee upon arrival , and free breakfast... No deposits, only a card is kept on file in case of damage, etc .... Plenty of towels were available. We loved that ! The mini gym was really cool. We got our exercise in ! I first read the reviews on it and was a bit skeptical at first , but it turned out to be perfect. My assumption is that everything comes with good and bad days and days in between. We always want 100%, but 95% isn't too bad either .... Days Inn gave me about a 98% , I will book them again .....

The faucets in the room were disgusting and weren't whipped down at all prior to our booking, I'm assuming... But it wasn't too much of a big deal by us only staying for 1 day , we let it be .... The dishes provided weren't clean, very spotty.... Walking into the room, it feels very muggy and wet , smelled bleachy, to describe it exactly..... Had to cut the air conditioner to clear the air whew ... The air conditioner worked perfectly fine, by the way .... Again, I first read the reviews on this hotel and was a bit skeptical at first , but it turned out to be perfect. My assumption is that everything comes with good and bad days and days in between. We always want 100%, but 95% isn't too bad either .... Days Inn gave me about a 98% , I will book them again .....

Upon arrival someone had overbooked the disabled room I had but I was quickly asked if I wanted to upgrade my accommodations After receiving the upgraded one I was very happy it was very nice and clean and it over looked the pool and I could actually see the ocean

My only complaint would be with the commode in the bathroom it’s quite low to the floor making it difficult for an older person to sit down on & get up off of it. Perhaps upgrading to the newer high rise ones or putting in a safety bar to hold on to when getting up from it
