Clean, updated, comfy, and roomy at a reasonable price. ALL the personnel were so welcoming, knowledgeable, & efficient! And they have on-site parking, unlike several other, bigger, more expensive hotels that I've stayed at within a block or 2. We got 2 full beds & a living room area with a fold out couch. 2 big screen TVs, microwave, & fridge. We could have had 2 more adults in our room. They have an outdoor pool that I didn't have time to take advantage of, but I would have had I stayed longer. The room included a free continental breakfast, which was hot, fresh, and yummy. Very welcomed in the morning. I loved that they had a bird house on their parking garage! I felt very secure in this hotel, and I think this Red Roof Inn+ may be my new go-to hotel near the beach!

The walls are a little thin & you can hear loud traffic (Jake breaks, loud engines, etc).

I loved the location of the hotel in relation to main shopping road and beach. also all the staff was so nice and friendly.

Parking was tricky and spaces were tight and some days it was hard to find a space despite having a parking permit. Lights in room were not dimmable, either they had to be on and were super bright or had to be turned out and it was super dark. Bring a night light with you if you don’t like the dark. Room setup was backwards (beds near the door & living room in the rear). The a/c did not reach the back room with the sofa bed in our suite so it was a little hot, but I’m glad we had enough room. Stay was great.

Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Beds were comfy and there was ample room for our family of two adults and two older children (ages 17&20) with two full sized beds and a sofa bed (we brought our own air mattress for one of the kids and there was plenty of room to set it up too.) Having two tvs was very nice too. Good selection of channels. Air conditioner worked great. Close to the beach and within walking distance to lots of places. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Missed not having a balcony or somewhere to hang wet suits and towels. It was nice having parking so close but we drive a truck and some of the spaces were a little tight.... We made it work but they might be tight for some people (like my two young drivers who struggled to park the larger vehicle but they eventually got it so it was fine)

My experience was exceptional, the managers were very friendly and helpful at any time of day or night. Breakfast was very good, the rooms very clean. Maintenance did a fast and great job fixing our clogged sink. They saved my family from a horrible vacation offering a last minute room to accommodate us in a hurry. We were offered fresh coffee and guides to places and restaurants. We were offered a different room for the rest of our stay and we ended up enjoying our vacation even when the weather was not ideal. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The room was so clean. The main beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. It came with a TV, mini fridge and microwave. My daughter used the pull out bed in the seperate room with her own tv. They gave us her bed in the bag to make it up. Very clean, no stains or holes. The shower was great and the shampoo/ conditioner and shower gel came in individual pumps on the wall. Very nice. Plenty of towels and would give you more if you ask. The toilet flushed easily and lets face it some hotel bathrooms are nasty. The breakfast on 2nd floor had eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, cereal and make your own waffles. Coffee, fancy creamers, orange juice and lemonade. Everything was wonderful. We didnt use the pool on 3rd floor where we stayed, but it looked spacious, cleand and plenty of tables and chairs. The lady on afternoon shift was so friendly. The hotel was very close to the beach with steps on 10th street.

If I have to come up with somthing, the pull out bed mattress springs were a little pokey and made noise when sitting or turning over.

I exceptionally loved how we had a room right in front of the pool, but right on the end of the building and how comfortable the room was for my family and I as beds were very cozy. Front desk girl was so down to earth and super helpful. Highly recommend and will stay again. I wished you all had kitchenette and we definitely would have stayed longer. Thanks for greaty hospitality.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was not till a later time and that the coffee maker took forever to make coffee in the room itself. My sister's room was on a different floor, but was okay as we didn't mention we were together there, lol.

We stayed on the 6th floor in a large two-room accommodation and had a very comfortable stay. The mattresses were great and gave me a good night’s sleep. The room looked freshly painted and felt clean and inviting, although none of the windows opened, which made it feel a bit sealed in. Parking was free and included in the rate, which was convenient. A complimentary breakfast was also provided — on the day we stayed, there were scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, butter, and syrups. Plenty of options to start the day. The hotel is located just two blocks from the beach, making it easy to walk over and enjoy the shore. We initially wanted to stay another night but were told the price would be higher, as we had received a free upgrade for the first night. Since we would have had to pack up and move to a different room, we decided to switch to a beachfront hotel for the same price. All in all, a good stay with nice amenities and friendly service.

Interior lighting. Comfiness of beds, friendly reception staff, excellent price point for area and what you get. YouTube on TV worked well. I would go back again if the price will stay the same.

Exterior lighting at night was very bright. Black out curtains couldn't cover all across without some light bleeding through. Blackout curtains also blocked the a/c so you had to decide Privacy vs Staying cool. Low water pressure in shower. Microwave in TV shelf is awkwardly just shy off from an outlet so you have to run around the room with it to find a place to plug it in.

Waffles and coffee were good. The service staff, Leonard, was very courteous and made our breakfast experience wonderful! He greeted us with a smile and kept everything well stocked, most impressed when there was a peak of traffic. The pool was nice, pool towels were stocked, the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would consider staying here again!

Although I like eggs, I passed on them due to very fine chopped consistency.
