Breakfast wasn’t included in my room rate , I was under the impression breakfast was free for everyone like other hotels!! I like that it was right on the beach and the parking deck was nice easily accessed and well lit at night!!

Just wish they had free complimentary breakfast at this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently placed close to the beach and boardwalk and some other things. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the stay because of the convenience of things. The rooms weren’t bad at all other than as others have said about not having its own personal microwave.

I know reviews are to help but if changes are not going to be made I feel it’s irrelevant to leave a review. The staff was mediocre. With the price for stay should be included because your car is not parked on the property even with paying for valet parking (well mine wasn’t). That’s the main complaint other than that it would have gotten a 10 from us. The property should take consideration of these reviews and make changes especially with the price of stay.

Great location, clean, complimentary cookies and water were a nice touch!

The price! Especially since the pool was out of order and there was no discount given! It was too cold to get in the ocean so we were counting on the pool (we went for my niece’s birthday). No one even mentioned it at check in, we went to get in and it was closed. Also the parking garage… it’s across the street which could have been fine except we had to park at the top and there is NO elevator, so when checking out and carrying luggage up those flights of stairs was a disaster, especially for the teenage girls that brought way too much stuff.

I didn't like that the pool was not open.

The pool was not heated, and although advertised breakfast was not included in my booking which I was pretty sure I booked because the pool stayed heated and breakfast included. Other than that the room was way smaller than I expected for the value. But it was really nice and had a gorgeous view and right on the beach. It was convenient to a lot. We did not like that the parking lot attached to the building was valet only and they had a separate parking garage. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves.

It is a beautiful property very clean very neat. The restaurant is awesome. The waitress was great! The food was awesome! I’m big on clean linen and I was able to get that both nights I stayed. One of the girls at the front desk stood out her name was Shivani. She was awesome. Anything I asked, for she gave it to me with a smile on her face and made sure my day was great.

Some of the front desk help was rude very blunt with bad customer service. That was my Saturday night stay I didn’t catch their names.

We liked the oceanfront location, the amenities were ideal, especially an indoor pool on a cold, rainy day; however the restaurant, the market, the valet parking fee are all over priced. $3 for a single can of soda is absurd and greedy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable however the shower was kind of pathetic with a clogged shower head that only worked good on one setting, bathrooms are super tiny!! A few friendlier attitudes at the front desk would be nice. The young, tall black man with the black glasses was not at all friendly and when I asked if there was a phone in the lobby to call my room, he blatantly told me “no”, yet when I returned from parking my car, I then saw two. At checkout I was charged for 4 nights of valet parking when I told the gentleman checking me in I was only doing valet the first night. Now I have to try to get that money back! Housekeeping does a stellar job so we were sure to leave a nice gratuity for them.

The location was absolutely perfect. Great location for restaurants, boardwalk, and of course the beach. Loved the oceanfront view from the 7th floor and larger balcony. A/C was awesome! Bedding was extra comfortable!

No A/C in the hallways (minor problem). Not enough people working to check people in or out. Looks like renovated recently. However, the accent carpeting around the bed was extremely dirty and needed a deep cleaning to get out heavily stained areas of the carpet. All laminated wood or similar would be cleaner at the ocean & easier for staff to clean. No plastic liner in shower only the outer curtain, so water all over the floor after a shower.

The breakfast was awesome and the location was perfect for us.

The bathroom door was a tad bit too close to the toilet for me. The bathroom towels were hard or should I say overly used, however, I’ve never used hotel towels I usually bring my own from home. I would have loved to had a mini microwave, I think we selected the wrong room. I’m quite sure an all amenities room would have had one. The smell of marijuana reeked from our balcony door when we opened it at night and my husband allergies got crazy thus causing us to keep our door closed. The main purpose of our trip was to hear the sound of the ocean at night so normally we would keep the door open. We didn’t want to complain because we didn’t want to cause trouble for anyone else.
