I absolutely enjoyed my stay. A great value and location at the end of the boardwalk. Beautiful ocean views. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and the bathroom shower head was a big plus. There was an issue with the TV, but maintenance arrived quickly and resolved the issue. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking was a plus. Local restaurants are walkable and great. I am definitely going back to stay here again. If you're looking for a nice clean room at a great price, book here. The small fridge, stove top and microwave were a super plus. Dishes/pan/pot included! Highly recommended 👌🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was amazing, the view from our 4th floor balcony of the ocean was one of the best. The unit we stayed in had a kitchen, with all the things we needed to cook meals. Location is great within walking distance to many of Virginia Beaches restaurants, and attractions. Will 100% be staying again.

The few negative things. Its an Older hotel, things could use updating. We found the Door to the unit if we didn't slam the door, it wouldnt latch and would not stay closed. The bathrooms where old and outdated. Other than it being an older hotel in need of updating. It is a great hotel. And highly recommend staying.

The location, amenities and size of the room. Staff was very accommodating to my service dog.

We unfortunately had a family next door on night one that ran around screaming until 4am. No sleep at all. We had to report twice to the front desk. We were VERY concerned about the children's welfare. Also, room could be more cold. 77 was average. There is a large gap at the front door frame that allows a wind tunnel (balcony door is closed mind you) that you can hear and feel hot air. 234.

I was Oceanside on the sixth floor and thoroughly enjoyed the room and especially the view. The room was surprisingly large and was an efficiency, so had everything I needed. Although I was close to the elevator I heard very little noise inside. Only minor hassle was the noise from the outside as there was a monster truck event! But that added an extra touch to the vacation and was fine. Overall an outstanding place to stay location wise and budget wise. I’ve been staying here for many years. Also enjoyed the pool, which was also a nice touch. Front desk people very pleasant and accommodating!

The location of the property which was right on the beach. The oceanfront efficiency room had a small kitchenette which was really helpful in you have kids.. On request, you can get room service as well..On a long weekend the price of a room was really decent..It was very close to some good restaurants which was a bonus..

Pool wasn’t that great..It is a little old and would be nice if it is renovated.. You wont get any umbrellas or beach chair rentals in front of the property..You have to walk down 7-8 mins to the left along the beach where you will get rentals and so you have to station those there..

We enjoyed the property’s location. The guest service and the hotel staff were the best! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful…A+ to the staff!

The hotel needs some updating especially the bathroom. The toilet is low and the ceiling was leaking condensation from the air conditioning pipes. And the faucet was too close to the back of the sink. We traveled at this time of the summer which we were very surprised of the cost being rather high compared to the previous time … especially since we usually stay here because of the large rooms.

Staff was nice , the room was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the room and the Oceanfront view and the Housekeeping were very nice and cleaned our room daily and gave new towels, etc…except we had a problem with air conditioning system in our room, making a lot of noise and it was hard to find anyone at the front desk after calling and going down there several times. When The front desk associate arrived she was willing to send someone to assist us.

The cleanliness of the hallway floors of hotel and elevator needs some tender loving care.

I hadnt stayed here in years and was pleasantly surprised to see some modern updates and new decor. This a convenient and normally quiet area of the beach with quick access to get in and out without fighting traffic on the strip. Also if youre a surfer or serious body boarder, this is the hotel you want to stay in with direct access to the surfing area just beside the inlet. Beautiful views and make sure to check out the rooms with the whirl pool hottubs beside the bed overlooking the water.

We were pleasantly surprised at the location and the beach was wonderful. We had an efficiency so ate breakfast and lunch there. We ate out for dinner 3 times. Was close to all restaurants and food was great. Wished we could have stayed longer to see the surfing contest and the boardwalk displays. We will definitely visit again.

Bed was very soft but not going to complain as can't please everyone.

The hotel is right on the beach and the views are great. Parking on the property is extremely convenient, and they even have two spots for EVs. Staff are extremely helpful and responsive.

The hairdryer did not work, and it seemed as if the air conditioning was not doing a great job of taking moisture out of the air.. it was plenty cool though. To be fair, it had rained heavily the day before, but the laminate floors felt very slightly damp.
