Loved everything about the property, even older parts of the hotel still were clean and great.

I didn’t like that the staff would gather in the lobby as people were in and out, they were hitting a weed vape pen and it really just was not professional.

Location was good. Right on the beach.

Anywhere you go anymore, advertise a smoke-free facility, but there are always those that do not listen or adhere to these rules, so I have to smell pot and cigarettes while I'm on vacation. This should be a rule that is enforced. I have MS and smoke can make me feel really bad. I like sitting on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but it's hard to do with the smell of smoke and pot.

I liked the amount of room in our room and balcony overseeing the Ocean, and enjoyed being on the 5th floor. There was always coffee available. Parking was fairly convenient considering the difficulty of finding a parking space on Atlantic Blvd

There wasn't a breakfast in the hotel, but we managed to find a place for breakfast. We stayed for dinner one evening and it was Indian casein, which we are not used to. The meal was quite spicey for our taste, (I guess that it was less then normal) I ate mine but my wife couldn't eat it. However it did say on a sign the type of food that was served, we didn't pay attention to it. Lastly it was quite expensive, and they could have given a discount for my wife not eating, or not charged for that meal. Also had difficulty with the menu.

Beach location was fabulous! Loved the free coffee options and hot chocolate - staff did a great job keeping the machine up and running. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and nice! Loved the private balcony - no bad rooms - they all had an ocean view. (We even saw dolphins from our room)!

Not the hotel’s property but the smell of marijuana runs rampant throughout the boardwalk/beach and into the hotel, especially at night time. The hotel uses a lot of fragrances to try and mask it, but it takes so much that it’s kind of overkill. Also, they do not clean your room unless you ask. I don’t mind, but just fyi.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good location. Spacious room. Do not change the shower head, it made for a relaxing shower. The family had a great getaway time.

I’m a housekeeping supervisor. If a guest would have found this issue in a room it would have been big trouble and that biggest issue was that the pull out couch mattress cover was dirty filthy nasty. When the room is being cleaned after check out those couches should be pulled out and cleaned as needed. The inside of the trash cans were also dirty. There were plastic eating utensils mixed in with the silverware which was an indication that the guest before me left and housekeeping just left them there which is unsanitary. The hotel Should consider pool divider ropes between each changing feet of the pool, that would be great.

We liked seeing a different end of the beach, we usually stay near 21st Street. We found the hotel very secure and very clean.

The room did not match the Booking.com pictures. There needed to be more handicap parking spaces in the main parking lot.

Great location our room had everything we needed when we got there our view was amazing.

We didn’t like our balcony bars, we were traveling with a 18 month baby and she was able to fit her head at the balcony bars with i think that’s very dangerous. She wanted to be at the balcony but there were no way we were going to let her her face and side body fitted between the balcony bars that’s something that really matters and very uncomfortable for parents. The sofa bed was completely uncomfortable, our phone wasn’t working to call lobby and we ask a cleaning lady for towels and she was very rude and didn’t gave us any towel other than that the stuff was nice and friendly at lobby.

Love the location! Very quiet end of the beach for family & relaxing the pool with nice the view was wonderful. The only thing I dislike was the bathroom still had hair & sand from the person staying before use Another dislike was that we visited the beach most of our stay , no one came to clean our rooms the whole 4 days we stayed . I had to ask for more towels & washcloths & toilet paper... that was the only downfall . It could have been a little cleaner & the carpet in the room should have been vacuum because of our long stay ... I even asked to use the broom myself to get some of the sand up ....

The maintenance guy was fantastic! I forgot his name, but he was friendly, interesting, and got the job done quickly. The rest of the staff seemed nice too, but we didn't have as much interaction with them. My son loved the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Our A/C kept having problems and had to be reset a few times, but the staff was super responsive to this problem; each reset fixed the problem for when we needed the A/C to work most. We were also reassured a more permanent fix or replacement of the unit would be done after we left.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and tidy. The staff members we interacted with were all very kind and nice. The pool was indoors so even though the ocean was too cold we still had the pool. The best for last, the view from our balcony was simply amazing. Not enough options to post pictures, not pictured are the Kitchenette. Cabinet with dishes we might have needed. And the wonderful view from the balcony.

The pool room was way too hot and no air circulation. The pool water had way too much chlorine in it, after 5 mins of being in the pool my daughters eyes and around her eyes were very red and sore. Also, they were having renovations done that were supposed to have been done on Aprl 1st, we booked our stay for April 16 hoping that if they needed longer the 2 week difference would be enough, it wasn't. Although it was only an inconvenience at the main entrance. With those being the only dislikes, This was a very nice stay and a very well needed vacation and the right pick for that to happen!
