Loved everything about the property, even older parts of the hotel still were clean and great.

I didn’t like that the staff would gather in the lobby as people were in and out, they were hitting a weed vape pen and it really just was not professional.

Location was good. Right on the beach.

Anywhere you go anymore, advertise a smoke-free facility, but there are always those that do not listen or adhere to these rules, so I have to smell pot and cigarettes while I'm on vacation. This should be a rule that is enforced. I have MS and smoke can make me feel really bad. I like sitting on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but it's hard to do with the smell of smoke and pot.

Size of the suite was very good Very clean. Comfy mattress. facilities in the kitchen were to a good standard.

The plug in the tub would not stay open - I used a spoon from the kitchen.

Love the ocean view. The room was great lot of room for us to relax in. Close to everything we wanted to do. It was quite never heard anything outside of the door. We would stay here again if we ever come back to the beach.

I didn’t like that on Thursday we asked to have clean sheets for the bed and new towels. And we did not get any of it. Finally on Friday evening we got towels. They was going to change the bed too. But I said why we leave in the morning. There no mixing bowls in the kitchen so I made pancakes mix in a saucepan. It worked. I did notice that light can come in under both doors. But that’s not a big thing.

Good location. Specious room. Comfortable bed. Good layout and amenities. Nice oceanfront balcony. Convenient free coffee and hot cocoa machine in the lobby. Water faucet outside of hotel lobby to wash off sand. Two elevators working pretty quickly and usually don’t require a long wait time.

A little outdated. Bathroom curtain not well designed and always slides to the center of bathtub resulting water leaking to floor. We ended up using a rubber band to prevent it from sliding and hold it in place. Light from the big gaps between the window shade facing the hallway making it difficult to sleep.

I liked the amount of room in our room and balcony overseeing the Ocean, and enjoyed being on the 5th floor. There was always coffee available. Parking was fairly convenient considering the difficulty of finding a parking space on Atlantic Blvd

There wasn't a breakfast in the hotel, but we managed to find a place for breakfast. We stayed for dinner one evening and it was Indian casein, which we are not used to. The meal was quite spicey for our taste, (I guess that it was less then normal) I ate mine but my wife couldn't eat it. However it did say on a sign the type of food that was served, we didn't pay attention to it. Lastly it was quite expensive, and they could have given a discount for my wife not eating, or not charged for that meal. Also had difficulty with the menu.

Beach location was fabulous! Loved the free coffee options and hot chocolate - staff did a great job keeping the machine up and running. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and nice! Loved the private balcony - no bad rooms - they all had an ocean view. (We even saw dolphins from our room)!

Not the hotel’s property but the smell of marijuana runs rampant throughout the boardwalk/beach and into the hotel, especially at night time. The hotel uses a lot of fragrances to try and mask it, but it takes so much that it’s kind of overkill. Also, they do not clean your room unless you ask. I don’t mind, but just fyi.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good location. Spacious room. Do not change the shower head, it made for a relaxing shower. The family had a great getaway time.

I’m a housekeeping supervisor. If a guest would have found this issue in a room it would have been big trouble and that biggest issue was that the pull out couch mattress cover was dirty filthy nasty. When the room is being cleaned after check out those couches should be pulled out and cleaned as needed. The inside of the trash cans were also dirty. There were plastic eating utensils mixed in with the silverware which was an indication that the guest before me left and housekeeping just left them there which is unsanitary. The hotel Should consider pool divider ropes between each changing feet of the pool, that would be great.

I loved the fact that all rooms were oceanfront. I want to take the time to shout out the maintenance guy named Nick. He was amazing. The room that my family was assigned to the AC unit was messed up. When I checked in the property had no AC at the time. The AC crew was there working on it once the AC was fixed. Our rooms AC never kicked in. Nick was able to make arrangements that we were able to be moved to another room. We had a five month old with us and she couldn’t take the heat in room so I want to say thank you Nick for all that you did for us. We really appreciate it.

The only issue we had with the property was our AC was not working in our room and is front desk clerk taking until almost 11:30 pm to get us moved to another room. This happened after my husband went out and bought two fans to try to keep us cool.

Great location our room had everything we needed when we got there our view was amazing.

We didn’t like our balcony bars, we were traveling with a 18 month baby and she was able to fit her head at the balcony bars with i think that’s very dangerous. She wanted to be at the balcony but there were no way we were going to let her her face and side body fitted between the balcony bars that’s something that really matters and very uncomfortable for parents. The sofa bed was completely uncomfortable, our phone wasn’t working to call lobby and we ask a cleaning lady for towels and she was very rude and didn’t gave us any towel other than that the stuff was nice and friendly at lobby.
