Location. Location the View from room balcony nearby restaurant and attractions. Spa tub. The hotel was extremely quiet.

Staff were kinda rude. All the signs in the room say please call the front desk and we'll give you recommendations on where to eat and things to do so I'm traveling alone a 60 year old woman with a two year old baby I called to ask who delivers food to their hotel Clerk was very rude explain to me he didn't have time to figure out where I was going to eat he didn't know what delivered to his hotel and didn't have no idea. When I booked the reservation I requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in clerk told me several times very rude that if I smoked on the property he would charge my credit card $250 he also then proceeded to tell me I needed to sign that if my guests smoked I would be responsible as well I explained to him we made the two year old quit smoking years ago.

Needs updating BAD. Very old building, elevator, pillows, same bed spread from 12 years ago when we first stayed here ( I look at old pictures and was like OMG). The hallways and elevator is NOT air conditioned. Very hot. Good location right across from the FunPark, souvenir store and 2 Mexican restaurants. Yeah 2. Not sure why but it got old quick. Ending up using DoorDash for meals. There used to be a cute and quaint diner in the lobby but that hasn’t been opened since COVID. That’s disappointing. The pool was nice but full of kids and toys that were not taken out when the families would leave. We reserved a King room with a sundeck. Small fridge, old 2 cup coffee pot ( need to update to pod machines like everywhere else) Other than that it’s ok

Are you kidding me where do I start So the room. I got the whirlpool pool suite (which happened to be on the top floor (8) even though you press 9 to get there. Anyways 1. Whirlpool was a little small but not a big deal it worked and was relaxing after 14hr drive 2. The views your ON THE BEACH like you got the Atlantic to your east and lime shoreline for miles north and south of you on a beautiful 3 mile lone boardwalk Every morning I had the best sunrises. The sun felt amazing to just bask in you could watch cargo ships drift by or watch the activity on the beach it was fantastic if I could I would rate it higher than 10. Why well for the views aspect it wasn't just a window we had a balwe could step out onto now the balcony isn't for everyone as it a tight spot and height etc etc. I didn't spend hardly anytime on the balcony however this room had a secret feature An entire private rooftop terrace with pool loungers. Everyday I was out on the terrace be warned though the sun is very bright for use blue eyed folk grab you some sunscreen and sunglasses Even the bed was comfortable and so nice after my long drive My favorite things about the hotel. Location - everything is walkable. The Atlantic ocean is only a hop and skip away. The boardwalk or even the shops rights behind the hotel lots of restaurants and tourists shops. Super convenient location well worth the price and parking is on site. It's a smaller parking lot but they have a lower lever and a upper lever. I spent most of my time on the upper level with my jeep wrangler and it also fit no problem on the lower lever one time. Hotel is decently older but it still a nice hotel. I didn't try the pool on the 1st floor near the lobby and I noticed they had a breakfast area but it looked like breakfast wasn't a thing at the hotel I just walked 400ft to a breakfast buffet so it all worked out

There really was nothing to complain about honestly it was a great experience

Pool and restaurant wasn't open I understand it was off peak time for them but would have like the option to swim in pool

I loved the location, and quality of the room was outstanding! The customer Service was excellent, we were greeted each time we came through the lobby with a amile and hello! The check=in process and check-out was very quick and pleasant! The room was spacious and very clean, housekeeping on task and took care of ours needs. Everyone very friendly from staff to guests in the hotel. the hotel was across the street from local convinent store, breakfast place literally within a few stepsfrom hotel, that was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

The fact that the resturant and pool were not open at the time of our stay. Would have like to particiapte in both the pool and the resort stay as well having food and pool avaliable.

Everything was great just as expected. Pool was so nice and cool. Towels were replenished often. The view was wonderful and so close to the pier. Nice place to stay.

Didn't have a thing that we didn't like. Staff and everyone was amazing. After being hospitalized for several days and delaying our trip, this hotel was available for us to stay and enjoy our family vacation that we didn't believe was going to be possible. I hope God blesses all the staff that made our stay wonderful.

The location was wonderful! Just steps to the beach and boardwalk. You could walk to many restaurants from the hotel. Many of them are located right off the boardwalk or across the street from the hotel. We didn't have a car, we walked and it was great! We went to a concert and took a cab. I recommend Cab 51, Scott was the driver, super nice, very knowledgeable, awesome! He also took us to 2 antique malls that were really fun to shop at, too. The front desk person, Matt, was such a nice young guy! Very helpful and friendly! A very nice place to stay, a little older but still very nice! I recommend it! Our room has a balcony that faced the ocean, such great views, even when raining, you could be out on the balcony and not get wet.

I loved the view from our balcony, the location was amazing- we were right by the pier, close to restaurants, shopping etc. we just parked our car and didn’t need to drive anywhere the whole time we were there. There was only one elevator but we really didn’t need to wait long. We were lucky we had perfect beach weather. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night, Mathew - front door manager was amazing- he was able to arrange it so we didn’t need to switch rooms. He has been very friendly and helpful our whole stay. This is my new favorite spot!

Maybe have breakfast available. There was a free coffee machine and filtered water (hot and cold). The coffee machine was pretty good- several option- shot, with milk, vanilla etc.

It is hands down the best location for the value. It’s great that you don’t get harassed into getting a timeshare as soon as you walk in the door. We booked the family suite for a family of five and we had ample amount of room. It was amazing to wake up to the sun rise since the bed was by the window. They had a free coffee machine in the lobby that had a verity of coffees, teas and hot chocolates. Oh and the air conditioner in our room worked so good. And that normally is a struggle at hotels.

One elevator so just have patience. There wasn’t silverware in the kitchen.
