I was kind of worried at first because I booked the room without looking at the views. But when I got there my experience was nothing but loved the only thing I ran into was the refrigerator not working in my room I immediately let front desk know right away and she was willing to move me to another room but I told her no thats not necessary if I could get the refrigerator switched only because I needed it for my sons insulin. By the time I got back to the elevator I met the lady with the fridge. I also loved that it was right on oceanfront the view was beautiful

I can't say that there is nothing that I don't like

Absolutely loved our room. After the reviews I was expecting honestly, a dump. I look at it as the same exact layout as a timeshare condo at the beach in Florida. You don’t have someone to clean your room everyday (at least we didn’t). Our stay would’ve been absolutely perfect had the elevator been working. I’m slightly handicapped so this was an issue for me. We stayed 3 days, it worked for the last day. We were on the 9th floor. The rooms were cleaner than most hotels. The tv’s were the perfect size. Are you really going to be watching tv anyway? Our bathroom and room were great. Could’ve used an extra roll of toilet paper, other than a few minor details; our trip was great! We’ll definitely be returning! The pizza parlor across the street is yummy too!

Ice machine could be cleaned. Guests need to learn how to use a trash can in the parking lot. Hallways could be scrubbed but it’s a beach property, no matter what you do there’s always going to be nature fighting its way in.

Location was fantastic! Our room had a double balcony one facing the main street and one ocean view. The view from the pool was beautiful. Hotel was close to rides, stores and restaurants. Easy access to the beach from the garage.Our room was clean, I was worried due to previous comments I had read prior to our trip but was pleased overall with the room. I also want to add the the elevator works pretty fast, some hotel elevators take forever to go up and down. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking was limited but with everything in close proximity we didn’t need to drive anywhere.

The view was phenomenal, even in January! The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The location is on the boardwalk, literally! A very short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. But still, the ultimate is the view from your balcony... Breathtaking...and just a few feet away!!!

The only thing I would have liked to have had was premium channels. But, I will say this, had it been June, instead of January, I wouldn't even have noticed if there'd been a TV, much less what channels it had or didn't have.

Location. Quite.

No reliable Wi-fi. Poor location for installation of the router. It was next to a beam. The signal won’t go through the beam. The result is poor wi-fi. I told Lena, who was working at the front desk when I checked out. I hope they get whoever installed it to relocate it under the beam. Otherwise it was ok.

The manager "Bunny" was a great host, he owns a restaurant right across the street from Sun & Sand Resort named Sizzle, he treated our group to some of his signature wings and dipping sauces, they were amazing, we can't wait to go back! He even took the time to hang out with us on the 8th floor pool area, he made us feel truly welcome!

Our stay could've been longer!

The view and convenience. Staff were nice and accommodating. The balcony was the best part with the view. On the beach ! The nightlife was right there . The pier and boardwalk is right there as well.

The beds were uncomfortable , but for the price , you get what you pay for. Parking was cramped but we had a spot so ....

Everything was great from the receptionist that checked me in to the room. I loves the room I didn't have to drive the entire weekend. Everything surrounds or it literally walking distance from this hotel I definitely will be back.

I really wasn't prepared for the deposit but I got it back at check out I don't smoke anyway so I knew I would.

It was nice just the beds and the rooms could have been a little more comfotable and cozy the rooms looked very plan other than that it was ok the building itself vould have been cleaned better to. The location was great the office people was great

It was convenient the staff was very helpful. We only had two towels. When we asked for more, they gave us 4. They were friendly and polite

The pool area was closed off.The bathroom, toilet water ran constantly. Told nite staff nothing was done
