Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, early check-in. No issues.. love the location.

Not having a microwave oven in the rooms. Kind of a first to see that. You have to go back and forth from your room to the hallway where one microwave was to warm your food. Not having access to hot water for making your tea or warm drinks with disturbing the front staff. You have to ask the front desk and they have to stop what they were doing to go fetch hot water. Probably there is a reason for this but the norm is for the rooms to have microwaves.

The views are breathtaking, staff was friendly. This hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the strip so there are many stores and restaurants in walking distance. We loved our stay and might be going back next month!

The only issue we had was our room key kept getting erased somehow. But they resolved it quickly every time. Also you have to pay for parking and I don't remember seeing that when I booked. But not a huge issue.

Location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the boardwalk/strip.

They need to fix the key system, the keys seem to get erased pretty often and you have to have them reprogrammed. I've found that if you keep the key away from any other credit cards or phones its fine. Also I wish the beds were Queens and not double. But those are minimal and won't keep me from staying there again.

check in was not avail till 6p. they were to reimburse me for parking and they did not. basically I pd 534 dollars for 6 hrs on the 17th. I will not recommend nor return to this facility

The guest service representative Christine was the most pleasant. She made my day after such a long travel day she was absolutely fantastic and knowing that kindness is free she is such a ray of sunshine as being the first person I encountered Rather than the person I spoke to on the phone about arriving early. I had a couple of questions and before I could get the second one out she hung up. I was grateful it wasn’t her I dealt with when I arrived she seemed to busy. But she was there.

The location,the ocean,the room and the housekeepers was really nice

Rooms very clean. Direct access to the beach. Well maintained property.

Construction in the lobby that was not mentioned during booking. Parking was extremely tight and we had to park across the street. Paid parking. One front desk attendant while not rude was a bit curt and doesn’t truly exhibit the customer service platform we’ve come to expect from Marriott.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They made it clear what services would be provided and how. They answered all my questions and helped in any way they could.

The Cafe experience was ok. The staff was very busy in the mornings. The buffet selection was typical of a hotel, but items were often out of stock.

It was close to a lot of shops and restaurants

My sister came with me and she drove her own car and she had to park in a parking garage far away from the hotel. When there was plenty of empty spots in the extra parking area across the street also u need to get a hot tub

Have always stayed here due to location and cleanliness.

Was not happy the room wasn't ready at 4 which is check in time. We were put on a list requesting and upper floor king room we paid floor. But at 4pm our room STILL was not ready. It was nearly 5pm before it was ready. They had PLENTY of double bed rooms ready but NO king??? Had be on the check in wait list since 11:30. Why wouldn't they at SOME POINT ask for a king room to be cleaned before 4pm??? Just did not make since to me. We had been on the beach all day and came in at 4 thinking our room would be ready. We were not happy. Manager on site gave us free parking and breakfast for our troubles to help compensate.

Great location and polite and professional staff. When we entered the room the tv was on and could not be turned off. A call to the front desk had Phil the engineer in our room within 5 mins to reprogram the tv and replace the remote. Very quick service.

Carpeting needed vacuuming, especially around the sofa area. It seems the sofa is too heavy for the room cleaners and they did not vacuum underneath. There was no place to put your clothes. Only two drawers for clothes. There was no safe in the room. The price of the room was too expensive for what we received.
