Perfect location. Excellent staff who went above normal to be helpful at check in and thru out the stay.

The building is not new. It is not for everyone. But for the price and how close I was to the beach it was an excellent deal. Not modern but the beds were comfortable. I am not a fan of Double beds. I always request a King. Well take a queen. Who knew they still made double/full beds? Location was really perfect. Right there on the boardwalk!

It’s a great location. The views from the third floor were awesome! Not too high, but not on the ground either. They have a nice yard area as well. See pictures for the views. For the value it was pretty good value.

Beds are tiny. They say they are no smoking but there was smoking on balconies which made it hard to enjoy sitting on the balcony to enjoy the great views.

It was so much better than the reviews! I love that we were granted adjoining rooms as requested. Plenty of parking, front desk was friendly and accommodating, rooms were cool and mostly clean and stocked, beds and pillows were comfy, balcony was large. I wasn’t expecting a coffee maker or hair dryer so I brought mine, but they had both. One of the rooms (345) has its own Wi-Fi router, which worked great.

I did see one live roach when we first got there in room 345, and a dead one in 344, but other than some fruit flies, no other insects. I knew there was no elevator, but three flights of stairs was quite the workout. And it would’ve been nice to have beach access without having to walk around the hotel (ground floor rooms have direct access though). Room 344 only had the lock at the handle and no additional lock near the top, like 345 has. It was nice that the pool went up to 6’ deep, but we didn’t swim because it had some green areas, even after it was cleaned.

The location was absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly. We actually ended up staying 2 extra nights & they gave me the same rate besides on a Friday (which I totally understand. The staff was so sweet and helpful anything I needed.

Only thing I wasn’t really a fan of is the parking lot. On the weekends it gets really busy so make sure you claim a spot. The owners were helpful with the parking though.

A $8 charge for each room and I could not understand what is was for.

They didn't have any breakfast as advertised......at least coffee was available.... They need to verify the rooms have towels ECT....had to use one of my clean shirts I packed to dry off w, that made for a unpleasant experience.rbey should consider having a 24/7 resteraunt on site even a coffee and donut shop, also they have a pool bit wasn't open

The beds are horrible

Great location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go during our overnight stay on the beach. The staff were wonderful. Great price for an off season night. Clean and comfortable. The staff voluntarily found us coupons for meals. They allowed us to stay parked on the property after checkout to walk to a restaurant for breakfast. When we visit VA Beach again this will be where we stay.

The staff had no control over someone in the near vicinity smoking a not so legal plant. You can’t get away from that these days. We didn’t want to change rooms, but did ask for a strong air freshener to mask the smell. The management quickly accommodated. This is the worst I have to offer about our 1 night stay :)

It was me and my two grandchildren, the convinces of the room to the beach and parking lot to drop are sandy stuff in the car was nice. The view was beautiful and the room temperature always good. The pool was a nice and never over crowded.

That you didn’t get clean towels unless you hunted down a attendant.
