The hotel was nice. The location was great and was very clean

Well, regardless if you parked your own vehicle or opted to use valet parking, they charged you an extra $25 a day. I didn't agree with that policy because parking should be included with your stay. They had a big parking garage right across the street from the hotel in which they parked vehicles. Upon arrival I parked right out front but still was charged for valet parking. I parked my vehicle on Sunday and it didn't move until I checked out the following Saturday. There are many hotels along Atlantic Ave that do not charge guest for parking which is included in their stay.

The location was fantastic, the boardwalk is located a few steps out of the rear doors and Atlantic Ave with restaurants and shops directly across the street out front. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Cleanliness, there were always staff members cleaning somewhere and our room was great. Beds are comfortable and the ocean view from the 11th floor spectacular. On top all this we were able to bring our Papillion with us, so he got a vacation too. Would definitely book again!!!

Having stayed up and down Atlantic over the last 16yrs, I found it a little pricey. Also, and this isn’t just this hotel, but this valet/offsite parking they’re all going to sucks! Finally, I had planned to leave a tip for both our housekeeper and the two guys who got our car consistently, however what I didn’t like was a gentleman I hardly ever saw (twice in 7 days) tell/ask me if I was going to take care of the guys. I read other comments that this happened to others as well, they need to control him and make him stop cornering people. Hopefully management reads these and will act accordingly. But that was my only negative experience so not too bad for a week long stay.

The hotel is in a great location, all rooms are oceanfront. We had a king bed and the room was large and comfortable. They have a restaurant on site. The staff was exceptional. We had two minor incidents that needed attention: our refrigerator leaked and the safe had not been cleared. I called the front desk and the maintenance man arrived very quickly and took care of the issues. He was extremely pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience. Great service.

Oceanfront room was nice with great view. Staffs were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Good hot breakfast with various choices.

Room coffee was bad. On the sixth floor, looks like there were air filters or some type of cleaning which irritated sneezing on our floor (seventh floor). Heater is loud.

The rooms was good, the Resturant was awesome!

The balcony was small, you had to put a towel down in the floor cause the water from the shower would leak out, and the sink water never got hot! Parking across the street was a hassle, our parking pass didn’t work one day, well called over and told them and nobody came, we had to be at a game so I had to pay $20 to get out, I figured they didn’t charge me for that day, but when I got the bill they did! So keep and eye out on the parking passes!

This hotel is close to everything and right on the beach. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

You have to park in a garage a block or so away, but they do offer valet. The concierge trying to sign you up for a time share presentation.

The room was very nice. We loved the "hardwood" floors - so much better than carpet, and MUCH appreciated by an asthmatic. The bed itself was comfortable, foam pillows would be nice. The shower head was great. The 0% shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, face soap, lotion, etc were amazing. Front desk was always professional and friendly, willing to assist you.

The bathroom sink faucet sprays your clothing when you use it. The heater was LOUD - we asked the front desk to check it for us, and they did, but still was a bit loud. No timer for the TV. The refrigerator had a whine to it as well. You have to park across the street and half a block up, the charge was $10/day. Why not include this with your stay instead of additional charges? While not the hotel's fault, helicopters went up & down the beach from 4am to 6am, and then the jets. F/A 18's and such. OMG All night long.

The location of the beach was perfect nice view and the rooms were really nice. The valet staff were very rude especially a guy name Jim. He was very rude when we got there we were checking in and kept harassing us to move our car. We didn’t mind moving the car it was just the tone of voice he was saying things like he didn’t like his job and was taking it out on us. Other than that everything was good hotel was nice enough to ignore the valet rudeness

I loved the check-in process, Shawntea was amazing from check-in to check out!. She was pleasant and professional and had everything ready for my family to have a great experience. The Lagers restaurant was nice & live music. The hotel is in the perfect location near stores. Right on the beach. The buffet was delicious. Reese was a great server for our breakfast. We will return in the warmer days coming

The pool was not heated. The area was cold. No heat blowing inside. People look forward to that in the winter months & that was a huge disappointment. My kids expected to have a good time at the pool. Especially for their bday weekend. Please do better with the pool area. & it was not cleaned inside the pool. Very bad experience with the indoor pool. Only 1 elevator was working. They did give away complimentary waters & snacks due to that inconvenience.

The staff was pleasant. I most enjoyed the lounge/dining staff.

When I booked my room I specifically asked for a room that was on a lower floor since we were traveling with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. I ended up on the 14th floor and there was no way to change it. It made our stay a lot more stressful due to the balcony being so high and the kids unable to be outside. My room was not cleaned one time during my stay. I requested it be cleaned after the second night. I also asked for towels repeatedly and did not get them until late in the day.
