The location of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, we stayed with a large group so ended up seeing lots of different room types, all were lovely.

We gathered in the empty restaurant in the lobby one evening, which looked closed, with some take out food from another establishment. nothing was said despite multiple staff seeing us, long after we had finished our food and stayed chatting a staff member came up in a very aggressive tone telling us this was a restaurant and we need to get out, no outside food allowed. While this policy is understood, we didn't know and were very surprised a the tone she approached us with, since no warning was given prior to this outburst. This was very unsettling, but other staff members qucikly came to appologize, all other staff was amazing all weekend.

The restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Our server Matthew was great. The hotel did a discounted Fourth of July menu where it was Jamaican styled (it was delicious). The staff that made the food were nice and outgoing. I love how the hotel was near the beach. The pool was very nice, but we wished the pool was a little more cleaner since it can get overcrowded. The room was clean, and housekeeping was fantastic. When we have asked for something, they do it right away.

When we first got there, only one elevator was working. Good thing they got it fixed, but it should have been fixed sooner since one of the days was a thunderstorm and it got overcrowded in the lobby. The basement where the fitness area is smelled stinky. The smell was a bit unbearable. Additionally, I don't know where to write a review for this place, but there was an ice cream place near Sheraton called "Nice Dreams" that gave me and my family the worst stomachache. Overpriced ice cream for low-quality ice cream.

Everything excellent except bed little bit too soft. My back hurt. My daughter had no problem. Bathroom amazing clean and beautiful. Love design. Breakfast so good. Not too pricey. Room very nice ,modern and very clean. Staffs very friendly, helpful happy ,everybody have smile on face. Make our vacation more happy.

Bed too soft. Parking entrance too busy,need more sign and direction where can we park. Sometime elevator smell very bad. Need more attention for elevator. Need sign to tell customer that we need card to enter the back door hotel coz manytime no need card. Confuse! Just small problem. Overall excellent !

They was very friendly booking.com didn't explain everything me and my wife got they know we had to pay a deposit didn't know we had to pay for the breakfast didn't know we had to pay for the parking so we was outta of money because of booking.com but the lady at the front desk gave me and my wife free pass for breakfast for today's free pass for parking for two days she was very nice and friendly booking.com need to explain this to people when they apply for a room

Very clean room great location

The only thing I did not like was the check in process it was supposed to be a 4 pm got in my room at 7pm because room was not ready

The breakfast was great and the location was outstanding to the strip and to the beach

There's always room for improvement no matter what you do but you all did a pretty good job there was nothing that stood out in my mind that was bad enough to say much about except for the elevators you need one more I know you can't put one in your place is very busy and I'm glad to see you'll be there next year of course

Room was pool/beach accessible which was amazing.

The restaurant needs work. We ordered some food that took kinda long to come out, and when we asked for utensils, I guess Monique forgot, so we had to ask the bartender for utensils. Nonetheless, the food was really good; however, the service was lacking, which made the experience not as good as it could’ve been.

The location and view were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel were exceptionally clean.

The elevator situation was not good. During check in and check out we had to wait 10-15 mins for an elevator. My mother was in a wheelchair so it was really hard to get an open elevator in a timely manner. I had requested early check-in at 3 pm but they continued to tell us our room wasn’t ready but when cleaning staff was on our floor at 8:30 am and even inquired at 10am if we were leaving so they could clean our room.

Location was perfect ! Staff was friendly . Housekeeping would come by and ask if you needed anything but didn’t really clean unless you asked , which was fine with me.

Bathroom is very tiny ! Would not suggest the downstairs restaurant, very highly priced for what you get . Pool area is rather small but we made due 😊

Talking to Lee the bartender outside was the best part of our stay. She was extremely accommodating, professional and overall a great person. She was very knowledgeable about the area too.

One of the 3 rooms booked? Our suite was not ready and we were told we’d be refunded and credited for it as we ended up in a much smaller room. We’ve been charged for an extra room and still awaiting for everything to be resolved by hotel management.
