Staff was amazing! We got there a little late. We were greeted by valet. They were so friendly and even asked if my daughter wanted a stuffed animal. They were not pushy at all and I didn't even know they were valet honestly! The front desk was great and accommodating when I asked for a different bed size. She even upgraded our room! We used the pool and loved the location! This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last!

We could hear the neighbors next door being intimate. Not the hotel's fault but guessing the walls are a little thin from when it was built.

My entire experience was fantastic. The property was great all the way around. I loved my suite and the well appointed kitchenette. The pools are lovely, the location is ideal. But I was especially thankful for two staff members, Penny and Adrian, who were so kind, took such good care of me. They went above and beyond, in helping me with my car, when I arrived late for an event due to traffic. They were so great. I had a great stay and I hope to stay again sometime. Nice hotel.

I loved the location, the pools were great, everything was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.I wish the TV had Netflix and other streaming services. It has a hotel room remote system and you can't really do much except TV. Staff was super friendly and let us check in an hour early, what a convenience! Every other floor had vending and ice machines, the hallways smelled great and the Elevators were super clean.

The toilet flush didn't work, every time we had to flush we had to take the cover off and do it manually.

Clean, spacious, wonderful to have a full kitchen. Right on the boardwalk - great location.

I scheduled an Oceanview room, paid extra to have a nice view. I went out on the balcony and could see the ocean if I stood up and leaned to the side. I was most looking forward to sitting outside in the morning watching the waves as I drank my morning coffee. I didn't complain because the hotel was very busy but it was extremely disappointing.

Liked the convenience and the fact that there was a kitchenette. It was clean, and the exercise area was peaceful. Lots of restaurant discounts. Friendly staff

Outlet for the coffee pot and remote did not work. Booked the room so I could do some writing and because the table was so amall and there was no desk I wasn't able to accomplish as much as I'd hoped. There was a pet like odor under the sink cabinet in the kitchenette but I just kept it closed. Would have liked to see some coffee or tea in the lobby or at least a water station.

This place was really nice. The staff was very polite and did all that could be expected of them… And did so pleasantly. Although certain areas appeared to be fairly old, everything had been refurbished and had all of the appearances of a new building, unless you really examined specific areas very closely. The one-bedroom unit that we had was oceanfront with a balcony coming off of the bedroom sliding doors. It had a very shallow kiddie pool and a separate, deeper adult pool to cool off. There was also a Tiki Bar in the pool area for drinks and light food (i.e. nachos etc.). The location of the facility was outstanding – right on the "boardwalk" (it is actually cement but nice). Pool and beach towels were free, as was in-room WIFI and parking. Although perhaps more attributable to our being overworked prior to the vacation, we could not have had a more relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommends this place.

The ONLY "negative" that comes to mind (and I really needed to think long and hard to come up with anything negative) is that sitting by the pool becomes shaded fairly early in the afternoon, being in the shade of the hotel building. That could be because it was so late in the season (after Labor Day), and I think that was probably true for all of the hotels on the Boardwalk.

The room was big, it was like a studio apartment already with silverware, plates, pots everything you needed. The pools were great and heated outside!

I didnt like that the hot tub area was 21 and over as it was me and my 13 year old son on vaca i would of loved to relax in the hot tub but he couldnt go in that area b/c of his age seems crazy to me. Also the shower pressure in the room was INSANE! Some people might like it that enough but i thought it was going to rip my skin off lol

The ocean view, the suite was clean and nice. The kids enjoyed it. It was perfect.

Housekeeping wasn’t there all day and they should tell people they have to ask for housekeeping service but other than that everything was fine excellent

Room and hotel we're clean and comfortable. All 3 pools were heated. Restaurant was expensive for what they served but decent. Poolside bar has good specials. We had a city view and it wasn't too loud but you could hear the street traffic. Steps from the beach! Full kitchen and bedroom with queen bed made it comfortable for our small family.

Couch felt a little old/smelly. Mattress was saggy.
