The evenings were quite but there was construction which was quite loud during the day. The room temp was OK but very dry which caused some breathing issues. Gym was small but good. Pool looked fine except on day was full of foam. Beach view was great. Plenty of great places to eat many withing walking distance.

The rooms are showing their age; chipped enamel on the tub, rusty bolts holding the railing on the balcony, cracked and bubbled floor covering on balcony and damaged sliding door to balcony.

The location is perfect! Quiet, and easy access to dining and shops. This is our second stay at this location. The property offers everything we needed for our stay. The staff is kind, and accommodating.

Our last stay at this location was in 2021. At that time the outdoor pool area was in need of maintenance (cracked, broken, missing tiles) and wasn’t the cleanest. It is in worse disrepair this year. Inside, the rooms were not the cleanest - dust/sand along floorboards and in corners, windows and mirrors were spotty, shower mildew. Attention to details and the outdoor pool area need updated.

We had a fantastic time taking advantage of the hotel's outstanding amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and on-site dining options. Every member of our family found something to enjoy, and we were all thoroughly pleased with our choice of accommodation.

Many of our family members said that they would love for the room to be cleaned daily (for example, the beds would be made every day, the floors would be cleaned every day, and the furniture would also be cleaned every day!

So many things were great about this stay! The bed was super comfy which seems rare to find in a hotel The pools were great Staff was so friendly Beach setups being offered with cabanas was awesome Being the north end made the noise level almost nonexistent Food options near by still even though its in the less busy area Food at the hotel was mostly amazing Room was clean Has a great view Staff pops popcorn daily and it was probably the best ive ever eaten lol Store has just about everything you could need

Some of the food came out over cooked Pool could use updated hours. Outside closing at 8pm was disappointing. It could have also used a bit of a vacuum. But it is the beach so no biggy there Pullout bed was super springy, could use some updating there Level 3 hallways were super hot but it didnt seem other floors were that way. But not an issue really bc how much time is spent in a hallway? Need oversized parking for larger vehicles.

Pool area was often crowded which is fine but everyone saves a chair with their stuff even if they aren’t actually spending time sitting in the chair so often it was hard to find a spot. The elevators took forever sometimes because there’s 11 floors, only 2 elevators and a ton of people but was never an issue for us just a downside to have to wait.

Our family loved the pool at this hotel - I think it's the best in VA Beach! Really fun for kids, with a small water "slide" and the rock waterfalls, and plenty of space so it didn't feel crowded. We loved that it was much quieter at the beach compared to other stretches along the sand, and beach access was super easy! They had cookies and popcorn out in the afternoons, too, which was a fun surprise! We'll definitely stay here again if we return to VA Beach.

The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast buffet - we'll skip it next time and visit some local breakfast spots instead.

Having to pay a tax on my room everyday,having to pay a $15 daily parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot (which by the way is a terrible business gimmick) I’ve stayed in many hotels but this is the first time I experienced so many added unnecessary fees

Food options, large family room options, got to choose the floor we wanted, laundry on site, pool options, beachfront w/ balcony

Balcony furniture poor/dirty, sheets stained, poor pillows . Booked another night but checked out at 630p the night before check…a partial pay day for guests leaving before midnight would be wonderful instead of paying full for partial day stay.

We had a corner room which was quite large. Great view of the ocean. The kids had plenty room to run and play. Had a TV in the bedroom and one in the living area. Queen beds were really comfortable. Kitchen table and medium size fridge.

We stayed during the month of December. Was really cold outside. The bedroom and living area heated up very nicely, but since the bathroom is located in the middle, it had no heat at all. Not even a heat lamp. It will warm some if you keep the doors open, but still not comfort warmth. They should really put some kind of heating device in the bathroom for people who stay there in the winter.

Friendly Staff. Large bright and airy 2 room suite. Comfortable beds. Distance to the beach. Adequate outdoor pool and bar. Drinks were good and bartenders were attentive. Very quiet during our stay and views of the Sunrise were excellent!!

Onsite parking lot was a challenge and additional costs should have been covered in "resort fees". Furnishings were dated but were clean and in good condition. We ALWAYS re-clean when we arrive but thankfully found no issues overall. Additional linens/towels were promptly provided.
