The room was perfect for my family, open space, clean and a beautiful design, it looks really modern. We love that we were in the 10th floor, the view would have been perfect if not but a construction in front of the hotel. The amenities were of our liking. My girls love the pool, the beds were so welcoming and soft and let us sleep without problem. Overall it was a nice stay, we would have love to enjoy the outside pool that was something that call to rent with courtyard Virginia Beach, sadly it rain that day, but we will totally visit again. Hopefully when there’s not construction close by.

We wanted a beach view and we got a construction view with some noise.

As big as the property is 2 slow elevators in the front of the building was alot especially when its crowded and everyone piled up in 1 area with luggage or wet clothes coming from the pool. It was always a puddle of water on the elevator. The bathroom near the elevator needed a good deep cleaning as well as the indoor pool. I didnt like how the front desk would have to leave the front to assist at the starbucks.

The best pool of all the hotels!! Very larger, clean, and stayed cool. Location was great and on less crowded side of beach. Buffet and bistro was good and pool side bar was a PLUS!!! Elevators are fast!!! Don't have to wait forever, them having two was very smart and customer service focused.

Potatoes and some breakfast items became cold too quickly and coffee creamer wasn't always available. And no microwave in room only one by ice machine. Parking wasn't free.

The staff was incredibly generous and helpful. I unfortunately forgot the ladies name that checked us in, but she went above and beyond to put a small gesture in the room for my daughter‘s 16th birthday the whole reason we were there. She put a little gift bag with a few goodies in it and a handwritten card wishing her a happy birthday. It was a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again.

Nothing there’s not a single thing I could say bad about my experience.

The evenings were quite but there was construction which was quite loud during the day. The room temp was OK but very dry which caused some breathing issues. Gym was small but good. Pool looked fine except on day was full of foam. Beach view was great. Plenty of great places to eat many withing walking distance.

The rooms are showing their age; chipped enamel on the tub, rusty bolts holding the railing on the balcony, cracked and bubbled floor covering on balcony and damaged sliding door to balcony.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s actually a really nice hotel. They’ve got a good breakfast and more importantly good coffee and It’s a great location. I think you want to stay on the north end of the boardwalk. It’s a little nicer in my opinion. Every morning, I saw dolphins while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee

There’s nothing really to dislike.

Facilities were very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The outdoor pool was well maintained and inviting. Nothing lacking during our stay.

The indoor pool could have been cleaner, lots of sand on the bottom even when no one was there. Why charge guests daily to park at your facility? Other hotels / motels in the area typically do not for one vehicle.

Check in was handled very professionally and compassionately. Me/family and daughter/family and had separate rooms booked. They got us close to one another on the 8th floor and I really appreciated that!

1 set of elevators (2) for the entire hotel was pushing in this very busy season. Long lines and break down of 1 elevator caused many to take the stairs (8 flights for us).

We had a fantastic time taking advantage of the hotel's outstanding amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and on-site dining options. Every member of our family found something to enjoy, and we were all thoroughly pleased with our choice of accommodation.

Many of our family members said that they would love for the room to be cleaned daily (for example, the beds would be made every day, the floors would be cleaned every day, and the furniture would also be cleaned every day!

The location is perfect! Quiet, and easy access to dining and shops. This is our second stay at this location. The property offers everything we needed for our stay. The staff is kind, and accommodating.

Our last stay at this location was in 2021. At that time the outdoor pool area was in need of maintenance (cracked, broken, missing tiles) and wasn’t the cleanest. It is in worse disrepair this year. Inside, the rooms were not the cleanest - dust/sand along floorboards and in corners, windows and mirrors were spotty, shower mildew. Attention to details and the outdoor pool area need updated.
