I loved that you could literally walk it the beach in just 3 mins or less and that they had an indoor and an outdoor pool!

The beds were not very comfortable and my back was killing me and I woke up every night in so much pain due to the beds being hard and uncomfortable 😫 We also had a lot of roaches in the bathroom and in our little kitchen area and so if you ordered food and had any left over you had to throw it away or you would come back and go to eat it and roaches would be crawling on it 🤮 But my fiance said most places near beaches will have roaches unfortunately

Did like the dinning area it needs to be updated did not like at all you had to reserve room services that was absurd no clean towels no room services if you forgot to reserve them the rooms across the street needs upgrading the parking is a little scary people/guest hanging out in the doorway there's no hallway it remind you of a dive hotel room smelled did not like across the street at all. Really enjoyed the beach side Jessica and the Spanish guy at the front desk was awesome the Indian guy could work on his hospitality skills over all Jessica and her partner are excellent customer service representatives.

Being on the beach view as amazing

Anna and her staff went above and beyond to ensure a fun and safe stay with my family!♡ Anna has been busting her butt to make sure everyone has an easy check in and check out. She makes sure everyone is good and comfortable!

How some of the customers talked down to her and her staff. Especially after they've bent over backwards trying to accommodate.

Staff was super friendly and room had a great oceanfront view with a HUGE balcony. They even offer daily housekeeping if requested, which is rare nowadays. Perfect amenities for a business or leisure trip with easily accessible parking. Highly recommend and will be staying again soon for Jackalope Festival.

the location was perfect. steps away from the beach

The pillows were terrible, like the leftovers they didn’t want to throw away from the big hotel across the street. they were the size of couch pillows. and there was no blankets or comforter on the bed just sheets so It wasn’t the best sleep. we thankfully had extra blankets in the car. bring your own pillows and blankets

Affordable, location and comfort

Toilet didn’t work. Shower wouldn’t drain. Fixed toilet after checking in. Stopped working again next day and walked across the street and told them at 8 and no one ever came to fix it. So couldn’t use bathroom. Indoor pool was not heated. Which was one of the reasons we booked for my kids. Ice cold couldn’t swim.

Beautiful view and Jacuzzi room

The first room we got the refrigerator didn't work. We had a lot of issues actually... but the staff was wonderful! They gave us a free upgraded room and it was perfect. No complaints.

The noise from everything was elevated due to the room being directly beside the carport. It made it difficult to sleep some nights with the plane going over, it was extremely loud. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned at 4pm but checkout time is 11am, I don't understand why the room wasn't ready.

Location close to the beach.. The parking attended was so sweet and helpful, the price.

The ground was covered with trash, clothes, and cigarette butts. The maid busted in 2x only knocking when entering.. not before, the ceiling was falling apart.. the rug was so dirty my socks were black, parking was hard to get, the pool opened at 830am and was woken up by screaming and music every morning.
