We love that Four Sails is private suites with private balconies. And it's always clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They even helped us find our doordash order that had mistakenly been left at another location.

The parking situation. The garage is super small and tight. We have a 2016 crew cab Toyota Tacoma that hasn't been lifted or modified, and it was extremely difficult to get it parked in the garage. The ramp is nearly impossible for bigger vehicles. And I'm not sure, but I don't think they have a lot. So if you can't find a spot or fit in the garage, you'll have to pay for parking.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights at the Four Sails resort. I chose this hotel after cancelling another booking (not even a microwave provided) because it had a kitchen. While yes, plenty of the features at this hotel are "out-dated" as others have stated, we came for the beach! Everything in the room worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable, and shockingly, I had zero back pain the entire stay! The view from the 3rd floor was perfect for us. I loved cooking with the balcony door open so I could hear the waves. Every interaction we had with the staff was wonderful. I didn't think about taking pictures inside the room, just of the ocean from the balcony!

If I had a complaint, it would be that the bathroom was a little cramped, but the jacuzzi tub definitely made up for the lack of space!

The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. There was always someone in the parking garage and that made me feel safe if I walked anywhere at night. The suite was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had a big refrigerator so we could get groceries and had everything we needed. It was nice that there were books to read and we rode the bikes every morning. The pool was right outside our door! It felt more like our own little apartment rather than a hotel room.

The room was excellent. Tastefully furnished, roomy, and clean. It has two seaside balconies and a huge Jacuzzi bath with a heat lamp. The kitchenette had all one would need to make pretty much any meal. A stovetop, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a full sized refrigerator. We slept listening to the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They had free bike usage, and the location was pretty central to everything we needed. I will book here again, and recommend to friends going to the area.

I had no complaints. It wasn't the Ritz, but it exceeded my expectations in all ways.

Full kitchen & big tub and location can't be beat....also although it is a non smoking hotel .. you can smoke on the balcony ..

The parking lot is always the only thing I can complain about

The room was so spacious, exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. We had an incredible view of the ocean at one end of the suite, and a street view at the other end. The location was incredible! The kitchen was equipped with all types of kitchen amenities. The free parking was terrific as well! Couldn’t asked for a better place to stay. The lobby was a little dated, but the suite made up for it! Who stays in the lobby anyway L O L. We would definitely stay again.

The room was excellent. The accessories that were provided in the room were of great use and well appreciated. The view was incredible. The location was awesome. Being able to watch the sun go down and to being able to walk to where we wanted to go. Randy is a great asset to your resort and we are thankful for his kindness while we stayed.

Absolutely nothing is unlikable of the stay we had. I would definitely recommend to friends and other family to stay here at this location. The place is comfortable and relaxing. We had no issues of feeling uncomfortable which is a extreme bonus being away from home.

While you can tell this hotel is on the older side, the size and configuration of the room was fantastic. It was basically a full kitchen. The balcony was long stretching past both the living room and the bedroom. Housekeeping did an excellent job as everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. Very much enjoyed bikes were available on property at no charge as we grabbed one every day to ride them down the boardwalk.

The location of the restaurant on property is perfect with outdoor seating on the boardwalk. However, the food was pretty mediocre and we only had breakfast which is kind of hard not to do well with. Servers were all very friendly.

It was a great room more than what I was expecting, I loved the jacuzzi being in my room, a kitchen with a full size refrigerator,range and everything needed to do some cooking. I was really impressed with having access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom .I had wanted a weekend getaway to just sit back and relax and take a stroll on the beach morning and evening and I must say that I wasn't disappointed even when it rained.

I found nothing of dislike, will use more in the future.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & gave us a warm welcome. We appreciated the bikes that 4Sails provided at no charge. The kitchen was well provided & perfect for a quick breakfast in. Our granddaughter loved the pool & the unit’s jacuzzi. Great stay, excellent facility.

It’s an older facility so the carpets look a little “done-in”, which is not surprising at the beach. The lobby is a bit cramped, as are some of the turns in the parking garage. And there’s only one elevator. These aren’t major issues for us.
