Perfect location on the beach. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Super convenient that it’s pet friendly as well! We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which offered a good variety. The staff was super friendly as well! Valet drivers were quick when we did need access to our car.

Wish the pool stayed open a bit later for a late night dip in the hot tub but definitely not a deal breaker. Not sure if all rooms are like this but there was a vent that faced out on to our balcony and it was quite noisy and hot which made sitting outside on the balcony less enjoyable. We had to shut the A/C off when we were outside so it wasn’t an issue. Only other minor thing to note was that we were on Floor 5 and the hallway was VERY hot.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was great!! Room was clean and new with a full size kitchen quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and fully stocked with everything. New bathroom. Beautiful view of the beach. Quiet location. Parking was never an issue. Used valet only once and it went great. Came in at almost 11:00pm with my family and gave the valet my keys with my AirPods on it by accident. When I realized the next morning I went down to office. No issues at all. My AirPods were still there on my keys. Honest, clean, accommodating quiet and comfortable.

The balcony is a little small, but you can still see the beautiful beach. It wasn’t an issue at all. The air condition is a little loud but if you set it to low, your fine. The hotel overall is a great place to stay.

Very nice, would definitely stay here again! Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Beds are comfy. They provide feather and regular pillows. Furniture is easily wiped clean of sand. Rooms are big, plenty of room for our family of 4.

Things to know: There are only a few rooms with ovens. If you get one of them BRING your own COOKWARE. NOTHING is provided for oven use. Bring a broom! The rooms don’t have them and the bi-daily housekeeping does not sweep. Very little parking on-site, you have to use valet. But the valet guys are great!

The staff was exceptional. They have vallet, which was so convenient. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Waffles, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, hot options like sausage, bacon, eggs, coffee & tea. We were in 205, and our balcony was huge. The pillows were so nice. I like that the suite had a separate bedroom. The included shampoo, conditioner & and body wash were good quality.

The room was an adjoining room, and the neighbors were easily heard. The front desk staff did address the issue, but they were still loud. Only one elevator was operational , but it wasn't a big deal for us since we were on the second floor and could use the stairs.

The suite is very spacious and the full size kitchenette is nice. The balcony and bedroom views are to die for and the staff was always very helpful. Breakfast choices were phenomenal. The location is perfect and there are lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

It would have been nice to have a working fan in the bathroom so it doesn't get so hot and steamy during showers (no air conditioning in there).

Free breakfasts, free valet parking, use of a grill and right on the beach were awesome. The location was great as it's not far from many different restaurants and stores. The grocery store was only about half of a mile away.

The rooms were tiny and hard to get around especially if you had the hide a bed pulled out of the couch. The kitchen was tiny and very uncomfortable with more than 1 person in it at a time. Very little counter space for prepping food. The shower didn't drain properly until we used a plastic bag and pulled a bunch of hair from previous guests out of the drain.

The room was very nice. Three of stayed in a King Suite will pull out sofa bed. Location is great, property is beautiful

Breakfast was not great. Could not cut the sausage patty, biscuits were hard. Was happy with fruit and yogurt, but I got the last of the cut fruit. Bowl did not get refilled. We were there at 9:15. Barking dos in the unit below us was irritating. $40 is taxes for one night is ridiculous. I know hotel does not control that but it has limited my trips to Virginia Beach. I used to go 2 - 3 times per year. This year was once, next year probably will not go at all

Staying at this Virginia Beach oceanfront hotel was a dream come true! The breathtaking views of the ocean from my room were unparalleled. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay truly memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and free breakfast, exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return to this luxurious retreat by the sea!

The only thing I did not enjoy, was the wait for the elevator as I had an infant and could not take the stairs. The only reason there was a wait was because of the multiple sports competitions that were going on that weekend.

We love that we were right on the beach and that valet parking was available. We also love having our own kitchen space. The housekeeping, breakfast, and front desk staff were all amazing!!!!

One of the valet drivers stole my car charger and tried to say maybe the car was broken into. No one else had access to our car beside us and them. The valet that rode his skateboard apologized and offered to give us one of his. We were more upset about the denial than anything. It’s the principality of the whole situation.

the long wait to check in. the parking is horrible space wise, thank goodness for valet. the breakfast was just ok and too packed in. also pet friendly meaning pets sharing the same rooms. i think its a nasty mix and harder on the housekeepers to keep these rooms es after petsthen to have them ready for someone without one. this is a terrible mix. they should have desinated flooring for pets.
