Oceanfront, decent price. Anna the check in lady was fabulous. You can definitely tell when she is not there though. Request was not done and I feel like if she was there it would of been handled

Never received the clean towels as requested twice since enough was not left in replace of the original ones. Even walked down to get personally and was told they would need to be brung to me and never was. Trash cans was not left with more bags either. Even sat towels and trash outside the door to help the staff so they could see how many towels needed to be replaced and more bags was needed as well.

Staff was friendly. Great location. Spacious room. The toilet clogged up that night and maintenance was not available til the next morning. Once they arrived maintenance came in and they took care of it.

Downside, there's no daily room service. Other rooms left their trash outside their rooms and was never picked up by cleaning staff. Assuming until the customers checked out. But to get to my room, I had to pass by it. One more thing when maintenance finished unclogging the toilet, they didn't clean it and left it just like that dirty the whole inside of the toilet with watery poop and poop smell. I had to manually figure out how to clean it with one of their towels and has soap the best possible. Other then that for 1 night stay it was good

The bartender Katlynn if that was really her name was the rudest person I have ever met and did not know how to treat people. Unbelievable

Not at the crowded end of the oceanfront, close to a great breakfast restaurant (Pocahontas Pancake), block from Taco Bell and Harris Teeter Grocery

It was difficult for me to enter my room as I’m not familiar with the WiFi?? Room keys, I’m sure it just takes a little practice— but it made me a little nervous. It also took a couple nights to figure out how to engage the lock on the patio door — but on the third nite when I easily locked it I felt much better.

The staff is excellent, the front desk, housekeeper, the restaurant is very good, especially the bar, everyone who works there is very friendly, and the drink prices is very good.

I was moved from room 216 to room 221 due to a plumbing problem in the bathtub, but the air conditioning was not as good as the first room. I did not call the front desk because I dont wanted to move again, but I think that when the hotel decides to move a guest, they should upgrade the room so that the guest feels that they are really sorry for the inconvenience of moving them because it is annoying after you have acomodate in the room pack again to move

The view was amazing, being right on the boardwalk left endless possibilities

Room was a bit dirty upon arrival, microwave couldn't be plugged in where they have it set up without moving it across the room and next to the bed, coffee machine didn't have a tray for you to actually use it, requested one at the front desk and waited 3 days but never received one so we had to go out and buy coffee each morning

Smell of weed in the elevator and Hallway. Mattress was slightly firm. Personal preference and didn’t care for that. But that’s a personal preference.
