Perfect location along the boardwalk and across from the beach, beautiful views from the private balcony, large room with a seating area, a variety of pools, close proximity to the trolley, movie theater inside the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was too high, felt as though it was going to rip your skin off. The elevators kept going in and out of service. The breakfast was not worth the price. The parking garage did not have enough spaces to accommodate all guests, so we had to use the overflow parking lot which was a block away, unlit, and out of sight from the hotel.

To be honest the facilities of the hotel were amazing specially for families with kids, there were 3 outdoor pools one is a lazy river, the other is a pool with two slides, and a big pool in the front. Additionally, an indoor pool with waterfalls and a lazy river and a jacuzzi. The room was clean and the room service was amazing as they come right away. The bed is comfortable. The access to the beach was so easy.

The property is outdated many things need to be remodelled

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pools were a great temperature. Check in was a breeze. We especially like being at the end of the boardwalk because there are so few people. The Hampton Roads Trolley stops right in front of the hotel so we were able to take that to restaurants and shops.

The only ice machine that we found in working order was on the first floor. This was frustrating considering we were staying on floors 3 & 4. The people below us were smoking marijuana in the room non-stop and our room absolutely stunk from it. The smell made my young kid nauseated.

Best hotel we have EVER gone to! It has 4 pools!!! They have fun activities special days of the week, like bingo & family feud! A built in free movie theater w popcorn, a play room for little ones. They have a nice bar/restaurant attached to one of the outside pools and it’s amazing! They also have a fancier restaurant but we didn’t go. Theres lots of employees and anytime we saw any of them they were scrubbing windows, sweeping, talking to the guests, soooo friendly!! The breakfast is chefs kiss! I could go on and on and on! Amazing! We will be back!!

The only issues we did have was the elevator wait time but it wasn’t horrible

Three different pools, kids activity room and a huge movie theater! This place is perfect for families. Staff even let our family pick a movie and we had pizza while watching. Love that is right on the boardwalk and steps away from the beach. Having two lazy rivers and the water slides was a huge sell for us. Not sure what cleaning detergent they use but the hotel always smelt amazing! I also loved the endless supply of Dove hygiene products in the bathroom. Very thankful that they were able to give us an early check in as well. See you again in 2026!

Cleaners put the toilet paper on wrong. ;) That was literally it. Absolutely no other complaints.

Everything was great! My kids enjoyed the pools. I enjoyed the bar. I appreciated that there were 3 different pools! Very kid and family friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The lobby smells so good! I love that the hotel provides Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and lotion!

The sliding doors to the balcony in our room were so hard to open. Elevators took a long time. We were on the 6th floor. We had a beach wagon but there was no ramp for it, so we had to carry it down the steps. But it was ok it wasn't that many steps but I'd rather there be a ramp for wagons and/or strollers/carts.

Beach view, close walking to the beach, clean and well kept, pool nice, indoor/outdoor pool for kids, hot tub. Loved the space in our room. Loved the coffee pot, microwave and fridge being available. Loved the board walk. Loved the quiet side of the area.

No bar available for drinks. No available restaurant on site for food during the day. We don’t always want to have to leave. The breakfast buffet has limited short hours and ran out of food early. the only restaurant was in the evening is fancy. Rooms just a little outdated.

Breakfast voucher that only for parents and kids in some specific age. in the description they specify breakfast included with room booked and they asked for kids ages but once you go there they will tell you the voucher only for parent and younger kids,so we have no other options just to pay for my 14,13 and they charge us 57$ for two kids and they add gratuity fee.its ridiculous

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with nice amenities. Mini-frig worked very well and there was a Keurig which we used. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Loved the variety of pools onsite.

We had to ask housekeeping several times to get more linens for the pull-out sofa bed. Finally got them when we called the front desk. Many staff didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to understand simple requests/questions. The Splash Dolphin Restaurant near the outdoor pool has good food, but the service was extremely slow and no reason was given. Server was not friendly or apologetic.
