Room was clean and comfortable

The water in the bathroom sink drained slow.

Location allowed us to walk to the vintage market, the farmer's market, coffee places, etc. and to the beach without being in the congestion of the beach. Love the feel of the local artist hub in this area now.

The increased prices for the room but this is in reference to the whole area, not the hotel. Rooms were fine except one room's frig was not operating. The maintenance engineer was immediately dispatched when we called, and he removed the broken one. A second one was put in while we went out to eat but it was also broken and they left the cart they used to bring the 'new' frig in the room over night. A third frig was brought in and the cart removed the next morning.

Love that we were not far from the beach. I always stay at Hilton hotels, we were ok with our room. The room (despite a couple of things), was very clean.

I never mention that I have a service animal, since I know I don't have to by law However, the lady at the front desk was making small talk, so I volunteered the information. She immediately switched us of floor/room. I thought nothing of it, except when we got to the room, the curtains were ripped, a stain on the carpet (I'm assuming a pee stain) and rusted furniture handles. Other than that - the room was nice and clean.

The room was cute. The location was perfect, and the facility was very well kept.

They day I got there, the front desk did not let me know all the amenities available. For 2 days, I was taking an Uber to go to the beach, and there was a free shuttle that runs every hour. Wish I was more informed.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, location is OK but we had to drive down to the beach, you might want to add a shuttle to go back and forth to that area, it might get you more business at the hotel! Room was good, staff was helpful and friendly, you may want to add signs to each floor where the ice machine is located, all in all we had a good stay there.

Exhaust fan in bathroom wasn't working, carpet wasn't vacuumed for two days.

It was clean, and overall quiet.

I didn't care for the parking or the fact the hotel is located beside an apartment complex. Also even though the hotel/front desk receptionist was professional and friendly she talked a little too fast when explaining the different facilities they offer, the restaurant hours, check out, parking, etc. Lastly the hotel itself (within the hallways) on each floor except the lobby was humid.

Everything. The hotel was amazing and close enough to the beach, but not on the oceanfront. So we could avoid the crowds and any extra charges. The room was gorgeous. The bed was a little stiff, but still comfortable. The pillows were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing.

The shower was a little narrow and the toilet paper was not the best. There was no mini-fridge, but it is what it is.

Clean, modern and cookies😀 Renovations happening but did not take away from the experience. I will be back definitely. I come to events several times a year at the sports plex across the street. Great location!

Breakfast was not ready at 6:30- had a really tight schedule and that was a huge inconvenience.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly.

I got locked out of my room for an Hour 😑 Somehow the door latch that stops the door from opening in the inside was open , which was weird because nobody was in the room the front desk rep had to shimmy a object into the door to close the door stopper latch so we could get into our room ,

Checkin and checkout was smooth. Employees were friendly and remembered us. Having the convention center next door another plus. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Restaurant inside was very good, a bit pricy.

Minor quibble, there were two conventions happening at the same time, having the very loud sports teams across from us was annoying, but not stay ruining.
