Alexa was amazing, and very helpful. She made our check-in an easy process. Our room was clean and comfortable. The custodian staff were all very pleasant, and accommodating. The staff and atmosphere at Ashley's restaurant was great. The location of the property was great!

Our door was VERY difficult to open and shut. This was very taxing when we had things in our hands trying to get in, or exit our room. The food on the hot bar at Ashley's restaurant was cold. For $17 a person, this was not acceptable. There was no information in the room re: the TV lineup, nor about the amenities offered on or off site.

Love the location. Very convenient. Good restaurant and bartender is awesome (Malou)..

Very upset that I can’t get a receipt from the front desk. Travel for work, and book through Booking.com. Always mark that I need a receipt for my company. Can’t get a receipt.

Check in was easy and the room was ready at arrival. The beds were pretty comfortable also.

Room floor seemed a little dusty. Could definitely use some upgrades.

The location is great, nice clean hotel.

We didn’t get a walk in shower like we did last time. That’s the only complaint all the bathrooms aren’t the same .

Beautiful time I would like to stay for a couple of days when I can get a good rate I'm on disability and limited income.

The atmosphere!! my bed was a little to soft. Please let me know when something affordable come I would like to get in the pool.

The room needed a general update. The drapes weren't attached to the rod on the left panel. There were obvious patches in the room that were unfinished. There were no dislikes on our part. These were simply cosmetic issues only and did not affect the comfort and safety of the room.

We had a great time being there, everyone was nice. Our first time in VA. Beach.

We thought it was ocean front ,it say ocean front. Kinda disappointed that it is 14 miles to the beach or 21 minutes to the beach.:(

It was very close to everything without being in too heavy involved in the traffic

They only had one person working the front desk during peak check in time and I stood in line for 25 minutes to get checked in.

It was not a bad location and I enjoyed speaking with the bartender lady

just two things… We went to Ashley‘s for breakfast on our first morning. I was not too pleased with the food. The set up was great but the food was not hot but somewhat warm. I ended up getting an omelette which was fine. The coffee however was subpar. my 1st cup was cold and when I requested a refill, it was hot but was old. it ended up upsetting my stomach. That leads me to my second thing. I believe it would be a good idea to have travel size medications available for purchase – not just Advil. Everything else turned out just wonderfully.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The AC worked well but was on the loud side and had to run constantly to keep the room temp comfortable. The ice machines wokred, but there were black specs that came out in the ice so it was probably past time for them to be cleaned. But the mini-fridge in the room worked great and kept drinks plenty cold enough.
