Very clean and welcoming environment, the staff was unbelievably kind and attentive. They created a light atmosphere and even wished me a belated birthday! Everything felt very personalized and just wonderful, lovely place. I also enjoyed the locations that were nearby, everything was walking distance which was quite nice. Can't wait to return!

The only thing I can possibly think of is that parking may be difficult, if you decided to leave via car your spot will probably not be available anymore and it can be challenging to locate another especially with many bags etc. This is manageable though, definitely not something to discourage anyone.

Great location because everything you need is in walking distance with the exception of the beach and beds were exceptionally comfortable now I see why this chain is so expensive. I wouldn't mind spending multiple nights if I could afford it.

My mother boasted of how comfortable the bed was and stated its some of the best sleep she has had in awhile. The hotel staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Overall she was extremely pleased with her stay and can't wait to come back!

Very impressed with the size of room and bathroom. Room to move and breathe. Clean with comfy beds! Also complementary parking was easy. Could walk to many good restaurants. Staff smiling, efficient, friendly. Got great service at breakfast from Alexus in their restaurant.

We wanted a accessible room. It was nice. But we will request a lease accessible room. There are different versions accessible. Our room was wheell chair accessible. We did not have a wheel chair just grab handles in bathroom and tube.Over all it was awesome. We will return SOON.

Everyone that we interacted with was always nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was AMAZING!!! it was very roomy and clean it being New Year's Eve it was very quite couldn't here other guest in the halls or their rooms.

Only issue we had was we didn't know you had to scan your room key when you pushes the elevator floor to get to your room so we went from the ground floor to 6th floor and back a few times until a guest got on at a different floor and showed us.

Everyone is very helpful and very pleasant! Restaurant is delicious. Close to everything!

Side of bed closest to bathroom was uncomfortable. Mattress needs to be turned more.

Restaurant was over priced and that lead me to leave the property and I was comfortable which lowers my rating.

The toilet in my room didn't flush properly. Staff did a quick job snaking the toilet after I alerted there was an issue.

The view from the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No dislikes. Very comfortable relaxing stay for what I had to do.
