First of all - manager, Vic - was incredible. Friendly, kind and helpful. It is very quiet and the property is very well kept. Rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Clean, white sheets and towels. Shampoo dispenser in the tub which was super convenient. All around we had an excellent experience and would recommend anyone. Price is very reasonable as well and location is close to everything.

I didn't know there was a breakfast but not a big deal. I didn't eat early in the day, anyway. The room was clean but with a slight smoky smell. I quickly took care of that by spraying odor eliminator on everything and disinfectant spray too. The shower was hot and the TV worked fine. There was actually a lot of space in the room, with some dated but clean storage. This location is just off 1 of the I264 Interstate exits in VA beach. And it seems that construction crews find this very convenient.

Disinfect the rooms better and the guest won't have too. Have someone that does Not smoke check the rooms before the next guest arrives. They was a small gap at the bottom of the door (room 211) that allowed cold air in (I forgot to mention this to the attendant when I checked out). The door worked and locked with no issues.

the friendliness from staff

i thought there was a washer and dryer in my room and a coffee maker. The floors were a bit dirty and the sheets were stained but the bed waa comfortable. The people in the hotel above us were really loud for two night in a row but the staff was great..

Room was clean, typical Econo Lodge style, basic yet efficient. Bathroom was nice. Bed was confortble and AC/Heat worked great. Queit and located right off the main roads.

kinda run down, but I can see they are working on the hotel and revamping the rooms. In time this will be a gem.

I reserved Smoking and being I had 2 rooms neither one was Smoking friendly

The place has a good location, close to the interstate. And it was clean. Great for a tight budget.

The microwave didn't work properly. There wasn't an outlet by the sink, to plug in curling iron or trimmer. The vent in bathroom was loud as hell. The lighting wasn't good. The room was either totally dark or bright as the sun. They need some soft lights. So when you go-to the bathroom, at night, the soft-lights would help you get there.

It was nice. Nobody really bothered us. I was pretty clean, I've seen some nasty unorganized places but this was nice. The air conditioner DEFINITELY works. It was very cold but it's also hot outside so I understand.

There was nothing really I didn't like.

It was clean and comfortable.

We were in room 102 July 28-30th. The people up stairs was very noisy 🙄 and rude while people are trying to sleep at night.
