Location is near many nice Restaurants and shopping. Hotel parking across the street but was free. I pd for breakfast additional with room. Breakfast was good (not great) they made it fresh to order. Customer service was really good very serviceable and helpful with any questions. The dining area workers were excellent. Rooms are a bit used, can use some updates, but were clean. Pillows were nice. Has free wifi and laundry. I could not use it because my name was entered incorrectly when reserved. I could not get my Hilton acct active because i already have an acct and my information was used. But was available. All in all was a good stay, I would return if ever in that area.

Rooms are a bit worn; tub was a bit rough. Linens are pretty worn. Not terrible since all clean

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel the morning after. You have diners just outside your business. Maybe offer your guest discounts at your neighboring breakfast locations, giving your clients a VA Beach a city-view of what VA Beach offers. Everything around your business seems to be pedestrian centered.

Your location is on a very busy corridor (VA Beach Blvd). Knowing the location, I'm not bothered, however out of town guest may take exception to it's location.

My wife and I arrived on Friday October 13th and was greeted by Bryce at the front desk. Bryce was awesome , he was a great help. Pamela texted me to make sure our room in good shape and it was in great shape very clean. Saturday morning October 14th at breakfast your hostess Tamera was awesome as will as your morning as your chef. Saturday Deepa was extremally helpful during the day. Saturday evening your bartender Dominque was externally helpful, after telling her that it was my wife's birthday ( She stated I'm so sorry we don't have any cake but we do have apple pie and ice cream) Apple pie is my wife's favorite, so thanks Dominque. Saturday evening Darius and Haszel were awesome on the grill. Once again Bryce did a great job on the front desk. Sunday morning the great one Tamera was the hostess with Tymethe working magic on the grill. Ms. Stacie B runs a awesome kitchen, I take my hat to her. Thank Hilton for making my wife's a great experience

only stayed a night to see a comedy show at the funny bone, super close walk and even closer drive!! I usually don’t write reviews but I really feel like i need to! We had the cleanest room!! i’m usually a complete clean freak when it comes to staying in hotels (rewashing bedding, disinfecting surfaces etc) but i have to say i was blown away when i walked into my room and could smell how clean it was! no dust or grime (and believe me i looked) you can smell the detergent on the *freshly ironed* sheets! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and a few Hilton Garden inn franchises, and though i was only here for a night the lovely staff (s/o Deepa!!) and room exceeded all expectations!

I stayed on the 6th floor and was unable to connect to wifi during my stay. the toilet paper the bathroom room wasn’t changed prior to my arrival. free parking is available but scarce (ended up having to park in the towne bank parking lot attached to the hotel and got a “ticket”/ note from management). But over all it was an immensely enjoyable stay! We’ll definitely be back next year !

Cleanliness needs to improve. Bathroom was not clean or stocked, soap was stuck to the counter, counter had a white film on it and was sticky. Chair in room was stained and cobwebs on the wall.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Property was well cared for, clean and comfortable. Parking was provided in the parking garage across the street, and was easily accessible. There are many choices of restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing I needed and couldn’t find in the room was a hairdryer. I’m sure if I asked they would have provided one for me, but we were there only one nigh and I didn’t realize there wasn’t one until I was stepping out of the shower 😉

Everything was great but I really have to shout out Ms. Qubanic at the front desk! She was very professional and a joy to talk with! We were celebrating our son’s birthday during our stay and purchased toys. Ms. Qubanic allowed us to use their scissors and assisted with the leftover boxes and tags. While struggling opening the toys, she related to me talking about her nephew. That was really endearing and beautiful to hear. I enjoyed her presence and conversation very much. Big thank you to you, young lady! And thank you to the custodial staff for giving us extra trash bags! We needed them! As for the hotel, itself, everything was in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping centers and stores, and the Apex Entertainment center was AMAZING! If we had noticed it was just a 10 minute walk from us earlier, we would have did just that! The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the beach and aquarium. I would highly recommend this hotel again to friends and family. The location is more convenient and peaceful than finding a place out directly at the beach. No tires screeching, no loud music, the pool was empty most of our time here too. Our experience was wonderful!

Only thing I’d suggest is having bigger trash cans within rooms containing multiple guests. Thankfully, they provided us with more trash bags but it became cluttered in our room.

The front desk service was exceptional and I travel a lot. They should give Avaly a raise.

Worst water pressure I’ve had in a hotel shower in a while

Everyone was very nice and friendly and very professional they answered every question and worked very hard to make my stay as comfortable and like home as possible I really enjoyed my stay there. and will return again

I like the location and it was clean.

I didn't like the fact that check in time was delayed. When we arrived, it was after 4:00pm and we were not able to get checked in until after 5:00 pm. It delayed me from being on time to a Christmas party. I was late for my reservation for Christmas function, due to the room not being ready for check in. Also, I didn't like that it did not have sufficient parking on the premises.
