Location to our wedding venue. Early check in. Water pressure.

I came downstairs in the middle of the night and needed some headache medicine. I looked at the little market area and didn't see any. I walked over to the front desk and asked the ladies standing there if they had any more headache medicine. One lady, without even looking up, pointed toward the market and said "it's over there". I explained that I already looked and she seemed like she didn't want to go look. So she walked over to the wall and didn't see any then looked in the drawer and there was none in there either. I went back to my room with a headache and no medicine.

My wife and I had an excellent experience. Coco made it especially great with her great customer service. The staff who prepared the food was also great and considerate. The rooms are clean, and the cleaning staff was very caring. We decided to stay here, away from the oceanfront properties because most of the reviews about the oceanfront properties, mentioned how outdated they were, not very clean, and ocean view was the biggest attraction, oppose to cleaness, comfort and service. I understand the allure on that for young couples, not that we are terribly old. After looking at the oceanfront properties when we got to the boardwalk, we were happy that we stayed here, opposed to any of those properties. It looked hideous with all of the beach towels and bathing suits hang off the balcony. At the Fairfield Inn property, we got a peaceful night sleep as it was quiet, and it was a very short drive to all of the attractions in the surrounding areas And this was one of the highest rated hotels in the area. My wife and I preferred to go to the attractions, opposed to being in the middle of it, with the noise and everything. This will be our hotel of choice when we return back to Viginia Beach.

One particular front desk clerk was rude. But Coco and her awesomeness made up for it.

I love the fact that you have breakfast and you have without a doubt the best tasting coffee I have ever drank. I would recommend that for the breakfast meat that you have a little bacon and a little sausage so people have a choice. I can't eat sausage and I only saw bacon there once. I didn't eat there every morning, but I usually got a cup of coffee. The eggs were scrambled perfectly for me. Good Job!

The only thing that comes to mind and it is not a big deal is that there is no ice machine on the fifth floor. I had to go to the fourth.

Hot breakfast which was included. Large shower. Clean. Quick elevators. Value & location.

Parking garage across from property and with the rain, walked uncovered with luggage to lobby. Front desk personnel not visible upon entry. Should be Maintained at all times. Front desk dressed like it was casual Friday. One of them wearing sweater around waste. Too many tats on female front desk employee. Not impressed front desk folks. Should be dressed appropriately with professional appearance, and I, as a paying customer didn’t feel like they were.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. We loved the decor. The self-serve bar was a pleasant surprise. The staff went out of their way to help me get checked in when there was a computer glitch through booking.com which listed everyone's last name first on the computer. (Couldn't find my reservation because of it) The staff worked hard to help me, it was a relief!

This hotel is fairly new. From entering it gave a great vibe. There’s a brewery section and it was lively with guests but not noisy. Very nice decor. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. Super clean and well tended. I am very critical of hotel services and this particular Fairfield was outstanding. There’s free parking and plenty of it.

A nightlight in the bathroom?

The location was great, just around the corner from my brother, who we were visiting. The hotel was lovely and clean and modern as it is so new. Breakfast was good.

The check-in was awful. She couldn't see our booking. We had just stayed in the Chicago Fairfield and had the same problem with my name, which they sorted straight away. However, at Virginia Beach, she insisted she couldn't see my booking. Although she could see my email and my booking.com booking. Eventually, she realised it was me. Not a good start. However, we did have a great stay after the check-in.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Ideally situated for a leisurely stroll into the town centre. Breakfast was ok. There was the usual cereal, fruit, yoghurts, pastries and muffins and also some hot items. Plenty of tea and coffee.

No complaints

This venue is one of my top hotels to stay in the USA. There's no strong scent of marijuana in the air in nor outside of the venue. Its always clean and tidy. Staff are amazing. Location is the best! Complimentary breakfast every morning and it was good options.

I liked everything

I loved the staff! They were PHENOMENAL!!! They were courteous, friendly, willing to help, and most of all they acted liked they loved their job. Everyone I encountered was great from Taye, to the cleaning lady across the hall who assisted me, they were great. But let me tell you about VERONICA. SHE SINGLE HANDEDLY made me a fan of this hotel. This woman checked me in, multitasked, had conversation with me and small talk and helped two other people all without making me feel like I wasn’t her number one priority. She’s the jewel of this hotel and whatever y’all paying her it’s not enough. DON’T EvER let this woman go. I can’t say enough good things about her.
