The desk staff!! The desk staff is THE best part of this property!! From the phone call before I booked, to check in to check out! The property was nice but a little confusing with the renovation but really didn’t affect our stay.

Parking was difficult, hard to find a spot in a well lit area. Creepy vehicles and people in them sitting in parking lot; one was even driving thru lot making my family very uncomfortable when we returned from dinner after dark.

Hotel staff was great. 👍🏾 them. Met some people who had family near. Loved the people at the Restaurant very nice and friendly 👌🏾

What I didn't like that and I let the young lady at the front desk know. That I had mold 🪰flies in my room and bathroom. They come from mold and moisture. I was very upset about. 😡

Room was comfortable with nice contemporary decor. The black metal accents are classy.

The outside of the building, specifically the entrance needs a “fresh”er look (eg. painting, asphalt paving, landscaping, lighting). It looks dreary. Housekeeping did not refill body gel which was empry and the bath mat was missing.

The front desk staff and dining room staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Location was good since we drove to the VA Beach Training Center everyday and it was within 15 minutes drive. Also, close to restaurants and other shops. Room was clean, spacious, and just right for our needs.

Could tell that the property needed some renovation/updating. Missing ice machines on floors. The front desk staff was informative about the plans for the property and I'm sure it will be really nice when all of the work is done.

The property was under construction reconstruction, but everything was all right

I was in the wheelchair in a wheelchair so one of the ramps in the hotel was not securely reconstructed. That was the only thing I can see that was wrong.

We liked the fact that the renovations were finally completed. We stayed here in April 2024 and couldn’t use any of the amenities, and didn’t find out until we were checking in.

People at front desk was very friendly!

A lady who had a Jamaican accent asked me why was at the room whe she was going to clean, and i told her i was within my checkout time… i didn’t like her attitude

Barry was so helpful on both nightsthat he was there. When we had no hot water in my handicapped room he found us another one right next door that did have hot water and helped us move onto the room. Well above what he needed to do.

Coming back on Christmas morning and notbeing able to get in my room because a pipe burst in the main lobby. Not being able to have breakfast on the morning we were leaving because of the burst pipe which had been fixed.

The hotel was recently renovated and they did a great job. Room was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly as well. Would definitely stay there again.
