Mehn Listen personally I love stay at Knights Inn. The prices are reasonable. I like when I can find a resort to stay at with a reasonable price. Furthermore the location is Excellent I have everything I need at walking distance. The rooms are excellent except for the air conditioner. It gave a noise when it's coming back on while in auto mode. Other than that I coming every chance I get because I still didn't to do all what I needed. I'll be back again every year.

Nothing was bad. Anyone who complains ain't happy with their life.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with extra sheets and padding. There was a decent flat screen TV and Cox cable channels. The AC worked well enough for it to stay more than cool enough on a 90 degree day. The bathroom space was exceptional with a huge mirror, and a sink with lots of counter space. The space outside of the bathroom with a sink was helpful as well. The location was the best possible location since it was across the street from the mall. 711 and Popeye's was on the same side of the street and within walking distance. I didn't have to drive anywhere after getting to the hotel.

The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion appeared to have been opened and previously used. The WiFi signal was weak and choppy. This was easily fixed however when using the computer and phone at the provided desk near the window. We got locked out of the hotel room after a short trip to 711. The door turned red when sliding the key card instead of green. This was corrected within minutes after getting someone to the front. They gave us new key cards. If it had happened at night or late, I worry that it might have been a bigger issue. My phone and keys were in the room at the time.

Location was convenient...able to walk to places to eat.... The staff were professional, kind and helpful.... TARA (nights) was extra wonderful ...I just can't say enough about her...I was in a situation where I had to leave my home and stay at the hotel until my shelter room was available...I felt very safe., my room was ckean and comfortable......Thank you

The cleaning cleanliness of the whole place, walking in the room fresh clean smell lighting was excellent air conditioner work just fine nice stiff bed water pressure bathtub all nice and clean great location was well picked out because they had all kind of places to eat to go to

That I couldn't have stayed longer, we had a lot of places you could visit just around the area nice dining places to eat shopping mall and everything

very great area, staff was not to bad just need to smile a bit more and have more customer service. e.g ask you how is everything? this goes a long way.

the toilet looks like there was a stain which just can’t come out.. few different markings on the walls. I feel paint jobs and very deep cleaning will help with some of the cleaning issues. but the place is very good.. also when the staff is cleaning they need to stop being so noisy with their equipment’s cause sometimes someone might be sleeping. outside has a big hole in the ground so when vehicles are passing u can mess up your tire. I do rate the place a number 8 because I did not have much issues.

We booked a room with 2 dbl beds. There were three nice pillows on each bed. The mattress and bedding were clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious with nice vinyl plank flooring and a fridge. The staff was courteous, and there was coffee, bagels, cereal, and muffins available for breakfast. It was only a 13 min drive to the beach.

This place gets better every time I stay. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice room with fridge and microwave so I don't have to eat out every day. And great water pressure in the shower. Can't beat this place especially at such low prices.

No outlets near the desk for me to plug my laptop into.

Good sized room and very clean. Great location! Right across the street from the enormous lynnhaven mall, and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Just an 8 minute drive from the ocean.

The beds were hard and 1 of the beds made a very loud squeaky sound anytime you moved.

Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Room was bigger than we expected and was a nice surprise..clean room with plenty of towels and space.

Beds were a little too stiff for my liking...bathroom needed a little TLC...(maybe an update and remodel) If you try to sleep between 8pm to 10pm. The jets landing are super loud landing at the base.

I LOVED MY STAY..... THE STAFF WAS AWESOME. KEPTED MY ROOM EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE OWNER WAS REALLY NICE.

THE ONLY DISLIKE I HAD WAS THAT THE WIFE OF THE OWNER . IT FELT AS IF SHE DIDN'T WANT ME ON THE PROPERTY. KEPT SAYING I THOUGHT U WERE GONE. BUT OTHERWISE I HAD A GREAT STAY
