Clean rooms. Quite spacious. Loved the separate sink in the room for drinking water. Also great that the window opens, which wasn't the case in some other hotels. Free parking! Great value for money. Safeway/Starbucks are close by, although it is a pain to reach them by walk.

Automatic housekeeping daily would be great. Breakfast spread can be improved. A larger fridge would be nice. Staff could be a bit more warm towards guests. Location is a bit away if you are visiting any of the tech campuses, although not that far that Uber becomes unaffordable. Area didn't feel very pedestrian friendly either (very few people around).

Nice size rooms - comfortable for four with 2 x Queen beds. Clean bathroom good toiletries.

The stand alone charging device between the beds was very dirty and sticky but there was an alternative wall plug charger that we used instead.

I liked how spacious and comfortable the rooms were. We had a double queen and it felt HUGE and had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. The hotel felt quiet. There was plenty of onsite parking. And it was easy to find! All of the staff were just lovely! The breakfast in the morning was good - standard with a lot of different options.

I did not love the location but it is not bad by any means! I usually prefer somewhere more walkable but that is just me! The hotel is right off of the highway and was the perfect location for our one night stay. If you want somewhere accessible to the Seattle area this is a great option.

We arrived at the hotel, close to 11 p.m., I dreaded having to do a late check-in after a long long day but once I met Latoya, I just knew I had nothing to worry about. She was very welcoming, attentive to our situations and went above and beyond to resolve our dilemma, making our stay at Eastgate very pleasant. I am definitely coming back to Eastgate next time I visit Seattle with friends or family. No doubt the facility is not the newest but for the price we pay, considering the location and other amenities, fairly priced. Thank you, Latoya. I hope to see you again.

Facility is obviously not the newest. leather/faux leather on chairs is chipping, outdated appliances and furniture. BUT CONSIDERING THE PRICE AND LOCATION, FREE SECURE PARKING, the room is more than fairly priced and again staff like Latoya make up for it.

Really grateful to the front-desk staff for helping me add a note prior to my arrival. They also make the check-in very easy and quick; this was important considering that it was cold day and wee hours of the night. The furniture and beds we awesome! The lighting at the study desk, the desk and chair were comfortable for work and ergonomic. The mirrors and coffee was ideal.

The breakfast didn't have options for plant-based dishes. The carpets in the room weren't bright and appeared unclean. It was a cold day and the climate control wasn't ideal. It required me to wear multiple layers to feel warm, use the fleece blanket to feel comfortable.

Early check-in, The Front Desk woman was so nice, we had an actual conversation, not just a here's your room keys. Location was easy to get to and perfect to get back into Seattle for meetings. No toll bridges. The room was very nice... The bed was king sized... The mattress was so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the coffee maker was functional and appreciated, layout of room was good, the bathroom was large and the tub was perfect. The view to the East was spectacular in the morning. Free parking whether above ground or in a garage. I did not go to breakfast but by the looks of all the people that were there when i was leaving they all looked happy.

The lobby.....not that i didn't like it, i just thought it didn't convey the niceness of the rooms. Please overlook the 2 star lobby, because the rest of the hotel was very nice. The feeling I got when I walked in there was that I may have picked the wrong hotel and my expectation for the room itself was not high, based on the public area. Reinvent your lobby, get rid of the desk area, better seating and lighting. Just a thought.

The room was very clean and spacious. Everything was working great. Breakfast was also nice surprise with many options. The beds are comfy, although queen beds are on the smaller side. Tv had many channel options. It says it has a public parking, but it is actually in front of the hotel, so you can arrange to park so you can see your car from your rooom. The room has free toiletries, iron, hairdryer, towels, safe.

The room was a little cold when we arrived, and it took us about an hour to ajust the temperature. Also, the duvets are really thin, and there is one per bed, so if you share the bed, it will be a tricky night.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff was friendly. Location is good, short walk to transit center.

If you are looking for a hot shower, look somewhere else...all we could get was warm. As far as breakfast, we stayed Wed-Sun and found that food was very picked over by 8-8:30 and they actually ran out of coffee on Sunday morning!

Eastgate Hotel was a wonderful stay during our visit to Washington. We booked one room for one night for my family and the spacious room accommodated us very well. The room is clean and modern with nicely appointed furniture (a desk, a comfortable sofa chair, and a table under the TV). There were outlets throughout which is very convenient for a family with many electronic devices. The queen beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and very clean, with a good-pressure shower. I was very impressed with the free breakfast which was abundant and offered a variety of choices, from fresh fruit and oatmeal to eggs and sausage. We arrived late and staff was very courteous and welcoming. We loved our stay!

Every light in the room was so bright. If there was something I would change, it would be to have at least one dimming light in the room. Early in the morning, I had to turn on a light to get around in the dark while the kids were still sleeping, and it lit up the entire room.

It had easy access to and from. Close to everything. The breakfast was awesome.

There was no restaurant or room service, no lounge, and no pool. I feel like there could’ve been a little more attention to detail with the maid service. The extra blanket was rolled up and stuffed in a drawer instead of folded and cleaned. There was blood on the side of the vanity next to the toilet, and black hair on the bathroom floor. The chair should’ve been replaced due to a huge urine stain on it. The door under the wet bar was unhinged.
