We love Packers. The view is great. We've been many times without staying in the hotel. It's our go-to whenever we're visiting the area. Food is good. On our most recent visit, we stayed at the hotel. Our suite was nice and we had a great view. We enjoy seeing Canada right across the water.

The building is not well maintained. It appears to be deteriorating and needs a paint job. Some definite remodeling is needed. The rooms are older looking as well. A nice face lift might attract more clients. It's in such a great location which is why we keep going back, but wish they would invest some money in the place to make it more attractive.

The amount of outdoor activities, the bonfires nightly, the kiddies movie program, the spa and pool, the number of just lounging areas inside the building, the CLEANLINESS, the service.

Restaurant didn’t have enough staff and wait times for food could be up to 45 mins. Just drink more wine. Second night meal was the WORST I’ve ever had. Everything was just plain cold. AND to restaurants credit, they comped the meal. I wasn’t expecting that but it was the right thing to do. And you know what? They did it. Service was awesome but again wait times were long.

The pool and spa area were great. love the paths along the water and saw lots of seals and wildlife. Room was comfy

Wish that the gift shop was open on Mondays and Tuesdays so we could buy gifts, get a snack. Restaurant was clearly understaffed. Employees were kind, just trying to keep up. Couldn't get a table so sat at the bar to eat. We miss the pool table and ping pong table.

Property was clean and suited our needs quite well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was recently upgraded, and the towels were GREAT! Free coffee in room, too.

I noticed that there was a lack of vending machines and ice machines on every floor - it looked like they were all taken out. The hot tub was also closed for our stay, which was a bit disappointing, but not a show stopper.

Our room was comfortable and a good size for our family. The view was incredible. The kids LOVED the pool and the trail along the beach. We were hoping to participate in the evening beach bonfires, but the weather had other plans. Will definitely return!

The breakfast selection was minimal and portion size was small for the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great. Perfect for weekend get away from Vancouver. Although we didn't experience the campfire due to bad weather but something to look forward to go back. Amenities were just fine 👌

I hope there's bigger coffee table for families

Fantastic view, beautiful setting, beautiful buildings, wonderful trail along the water, large room. Three restaurants nearby. The window shades were excellent at keeping the light out.

I think the only thing is the room was showing some wear and tear like dings on door jams and stain on chair and , but very comfortable room and bed.

Such a beautiful place. The staff was fabulous! The beds are comfortably dreamy, and the views WOW!

After an experience at a Hilton property a few months ago that was riddled with short staffing issues and questioning cleanliness, reduced breakfast buffet options, hot tub not working an someone to fix not on the property sorry...I was hoping similar issues had not come to Semiahmoo. They have NOT! I particularly loved the beds, and the wonderful linens that were pure white, not to disguise any stains with floral prints or dark colors. Clean as could be. The view from our room toward Surrey during the windstorm 11/4/22 was breathtaking.

Everything was excellent. I was anticipating short staff issues but they were stepped up. Instead of subtracting amenities, we found new amenities such as indoor pickle ball courts and smores kits available at the front desk for the bon fire on the beach :)

great staff and facilities. great location. we travelled with our dogs and it was nice to see how pet friendly they are. no outrageous fees for pets. got one of the rooms facing the water and it was great. Good food in the bar also.
