location was great

booking. com could have been better .i book with you all the time . i will never book with you again !! we told that booking . com had overbooked ,we didn't have a room .after being hung up on by andre and then another person said we were on own and to bill booking.com accordingly .went back into wyndham they took over and said don't worry and gave us an upgrade, and they dealt with everything ! i will definitely stay there again , but i won't do it thru booking .com your staff is totally incompetent

Have worked in hospitality for many years and also have traveled to many hotel destinations. From the moment I walked in the door the staff all were attentive and polite in greetings, then maintained consistency throughout our stay with a high level of service. Cheers to the staff for making my family's stay great as we felt well taken care of and not just another group passing through.

The pool was nice. Comfortable rooms but ceiling could use more insulation from noise upstairs. In unit laundry is so convenient. Plenty of activities/toys for kids outdoors

Everything was Fabulous except that I could not stay there as My daughter was going to be my transportation as well as stay a night or two and has a emotional support dog . Everobe from the front seat, to WorldMark desk to the Workdmark representatives on the phone we’re kind, understanding and very helpful. Booking.com were wonderful. Unfortunately, the GM of the property was anything but the above descriptions.

staff was super nice.

Booking.com did not charge the correct tax, so upon check in, I was instantly up charged $20 that was not included in my Booking.com prepaid price. On top of that, this hotel double charged me. So an extra $600+ showed up on my company credit card statement that I had to explain and then go back and call the hotel and go through the process of submitting my credit card statement for them to issue me a refund.

The location is great, right across the street from the water and close to a few restaurants/cafes/breweries.

I didn’t realize this place was a time share. So when we checked in after a long day of travel, we were met with a sales pitch.

The location was perfect and the proximity to services (corner store, restaurant, ice cream store) was great for the kids.

The only thing would be an easier bike storage and access to bikes

I paid almost $1300 for 3 nights, I know it was a holiday and that is to be expected but holiday rates should include wifi!

The room was incredibly spacious. The game room was a nice touch for children. Check in process was smooth and they were so helpful in getting other members of my party their parking pas and keys.

Elevator was slow.

The pools were clean and uncrowded

I miss the larger sitting area downstairs where you can pull away and read or work apart from family when you need to.
