Room was large, clean, comfortable Balcony was nice

I had the omelette with a side of bacon The bacon was a processed fake bacon, the omelette had very few vegetables and a sliver of Kraft processed cheese. The decaf coffee tasted like it came from powdered Sanka (not brewed). Would not recommend the cafe for breakfast The location on the beach is nice BUT The noise from the train is definitely a huge negative, and the constant stream of vehicles with inadequate mufflers and noisy motorcycles make for an unpleasant stay. Unfortunate, these are the only things you cannot change or have any control over, but a game-changer for me. I cannot recommend your property.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaners did a great job and it was helpful the hotel had beach towels loan.

The standard rooms are small for a family of 4 and pretty dated. The A/B layouts are odd as the balcony for A is directly in front of the window of B. We were bumping into each other quite often. Parking for the most part was good despite the price. Only one night we had troubles getting a spot. The storage and surface areas in the bathroom are very minimal so there isn’t much room for guest towels or to place any amenities. The coffee shop is under maintenance and there was no easy access to breakfast or non room coffee items.

What a beautiful room! About an hour out, my daughter booked this on Booking.com. When we arrived, we had a one-bedroom hotel room with two bathrooms, the main one with heated floors. It had a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two fireplaces, patio with glass doors, and my favorite part; electric teapot with tea. This hotel and room exceeded all of our expectations, plus the water was right across the street. Oh, and a wonderful bistro located on the main floor of the hotel, delicious food, and coffee; I wish I could’ve spent a week here!

The location is really perfect. It is just across the street from the promenade and beach. The staff were very helpful & friendly especially the cleaning staff whom you talk to every day. The hotel is very welcoming and also close to the White Rock downtown area.

The hotel looks like it needs a renovation even though it is clean and well maintained. It looks dated and worn for the price.

We always enjoy staying here! On this particular trip we were attending an event over an hour away, but still stayed at Ocean Promenade because we like it so much. It was worth the extra transportation time to stay were we are comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had wifi and even taking the time to make sure we found parking when we arrived back to the hotel late in the evening.

We upgraded our room open arrival to get the view we wanted and frankly it wasn't really worth the $80 upgrade price. There was a large tree blocking most of the view. I think next time we will not do the upgrade.

Out of busy city area. Consistantly average. Small boutique hotel.

Have stayed here 30+ times. Sometimes days apart or 3-4 different stays in a month. Somehow, the pizza guys up the road know my voice when I am in town and place an order, but the few people working at this hotel dont ever recognize me?? Often land in the same 5 rooms, one has a loud fridge, 2 have leaks in the toilette flapper that cause a gushing water sound through the night (im used to it by now). The other two rooms are great.

The location, the view, the suite, and the staff were all exceptional! This was the first stop on a 10-day tour through Canada for our annual honeymoon road trip. We are now planning an extended trip to White Rock so we can spend more time in the town and at this awesome hotel. Joel at the front desk gave us a restaurant recommendation and new the area extremely well. He was great, as was everything else about our stay. We will be back!

Very beautiful hotel with incredible views and large rooms that feel like home. Had a wonderful time talking with the gentleman who checked us in. He knew who we were because everyone else had already been checked in for the night by the time we arrived at 1AM. Have stayed here twice and have never been disappointed by the experience. Extremely clean rooms. Our suite even had two bathrooms. Lots of beautiful views of the bay.

Train is nearby but not sure when it actually runs because we sure didn't hear it or get woken up by any other noise. It was very peaceful and quiet.

In General I like the location, the room was nice and large, kitchen has nice granite/quatrz applliances were Moderate, nice and clean, including dishwasher, Microwave with Hood-vented (outside), nice Kitchen counter had a Bar-LIke nice/confortable chair. I was shocked to see HEATED-FLOORS in the bathrooms (this is the first in Canada/North America that I have seen. This unit 308A had a nice large Balcony with sliding doors, Gas-Fireplace, lighting was really good lots of natural light during the day and lots of lighting, plugs/desk lamp, Unit was relatively quite too. Room furniture was nice, clean, good size dining table arm chair, balcony table and chairs, laminate floor were okay. Parking was a bit on the tight side. Check in was good, nice and fast BUT they should have told me about the hidden room 308A and how to get to it, it was a bit of a strange set up, loved the Cafe on the main floor, nice/good coffee and food/service

I could not find any thermostat to control the heating / cooling, first night it was okay/good, Second night was a bit warmers. Other things, maybe a a lager Bathroom Vanity, shower stall was NICE (I like SHOWERS) this can be removed and install a larger Vanity. Tub is older, but clean (could use a reglazing or newer-tub). The laminate floors in the room are okay, clean but old with some wear (cheap I had them in my rental units about 20 yrs ago) - could take an upgrade or something more modern. Other than that it is nice facility, I will be back

Location is great. The ocean is just across the street and there is a great walking path all along to the pier and beyond. The restaurant ajoining the hotel was very good. Good selection of food at a reasonable price.

The underground parking was limited. The upper level had most spaces. The lower level had double parking stalls, too many stalls taken up for Ev and handicapped. It was almost impossible to get into some stalls there was no room to manoeuvre the vehicle. Really bad design
