The display of LGTBQ flags and all that was disgusting and disturbing and we did not appreciate that at all. We should be seeing American flags

Despite having paid for 2 reservations 5 months in advance and confirming them, they were overbooked and did not honor our reservation. We had to scramble to find a place for 2 family units attending my husband's 90th birthday. I would never have anything to do with this property again.

This property did not provide the 2 units I reserved and paid for 5 months in advance. They did not even let us know until the day our out-of-town family units were due to check in. We had to find rooms somewhere else at a last minute premium cost. This was for a 90th birthday event. I would never do business with this property again.

We were cancelled 4 hours before our planned arrival. We were en route and had to scramble to find other accommodations. The person that called us was just short of rude, quite short with us. I imagine the job of calling people to cancel isn’t easy.

They cancelled our stay due to overbooking. I made this reservation 4 months in advance.

You canceled on us so we never got to stay. And you didn’t help us secure a different place to stay.Ruined our family trip. Stop sending us emails to rate our stay!
