I can't even begin to say how perfect our stay was. Maybe it was the room location, but it was perfectly quiet, clean, and had every essential needed for a traveling family. We stayed in a 2-Queen Kitchenette room that was fully stocked with essentials, right down to kitchen towels, soap and dish scrubber, to glasses, cookware, and appliances. It has old time charm with all of the small nuances required for day to day living. Every person I met was friendly and accommodating, they had a full breakfast every morning, a heated pool and hot tub, and the location is minutes from everything. 10 stars, and will absolutely be returning!

How short our stay was

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was good for our trip! The staff was so great- very friendly and welcoming!

The hot tub is very small (the size of a personal hot tub) and could comfortably fit only about 3 people. So we couldn't use the hot tub at all. The hotel was fully booked- the staff were so nice- but with that many people, they weren't able to keep the breakfast food completely replenished. There was still enough food overall, and it was a great stay!

The room we stayed in was perfect for our family of 7, the beds were comfortable, the bedding was comfy, they make sure there is plenty of bedding which was nice and very much appreciated, they make sure you are set on bathing essentials, the location was convenient! The heated pool was great for the kids. & they also have life jackets to use which was definitely a plus! The included breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices!

The hot tub was only a little warm

Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and personable. Jacuzzi tub was nice but jets were too low to be useful. Off season stay was very quiet and relaxing. Our stay was for 2 funerals and a memorial and the staff was very empathetic to our situation graciously offering to help with any extras we may have needed to ease our somber moods. All in All would recommend to friends and will come again

Hot tub was under construction 🥺

The Coachman keeps two hot tubs open, even in December! This was much appreciated, as I have arthritis and the hot tub is very comforting. My husband and I had the spa all to ourselves.

The bed was very high and hard for me to get up into. Once in bed, however, it was comfortable. The space between the foot of the bed and the TV is very narrow and I stubbed my toes on the corners of the bed a couple times. My clumsiness, probably.

Staff were friendly.The pillows were extra comfy. Had a selection of 4 per bed, from soft to firm. Shower had good forceful spray. Room was clean and looked updated. Despite being near the highway, it was quiet. Breakfast was good but managed differently. You ordered what you wanted and they gave it to you in a bag. Had fruit, yogurt, waffles and an egg sandwich- pre-made. It was tastey. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was clean, spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Location was great and close to many options for food--and provided good access for exploring Whidbey Island during our stay.

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but everything appeared very well-maintained. That being said, we had family staying in another building on the property which appeared to have renovated rooms, so they may be doing some upgrades in stages.

Location suitable for what we had planned during our stay. Decent sized rooms, comfortable beds, and adequate breakfast offerings.

Know that it’s near NAS, and the planes do fly overhead, but we didn’t hear any during the late evening hours, so didn’t interrupt sleep. Also, currently renovating the pool area, but looked like the hot tub was still available.

The room was large and comfortable for the 5 of us.

Wish the pool had been bigger as there was a lot of people at once. Seems weird to go thru the lobby to get there. Would be nice to have a larger area maybe more in the middle of the buildings. And it was a different experience having breakfast packed up by the hotel. While the fare was typical of most hotels, it was different not being able to get my own food and sit in a 'breakfast' area to eat.

The Coachman was so clean, and quaint. Was quite impressed with the cleanliness and the old world charm. Cutest place ever. The pool and hot tub area was lovely as well. Cushioned chairs and lawn chairs. Don’t even need to swim just could relax in the lovely seating and cute atmosphere

It was very nice the coachman included breakfast. It wasn’t the best as the breakfast sandwiches were just Costco Jimmy deans and kindof soggy and somehow hard. But very friendly staff and lovely coffee and tea all day and night. And made to order waffles nice too! Still in Covid practices I believe. Was not self serve.
