Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and personable. Jacuzzi tub was nice but jets were too low to be useful. Off season stay was very quiet and relaxing. Our stay was for 2 funerals and a memorial and the staff was very empathetic to our situation graciously offering to help with any extras we may have needed to ease our somber moods. All in All would recommend to friends and will come again

Hot tub was under construction 🥺

The Coachman keeps two hot tubs open, even in December! This was much appreciated, as I have arthritis and the hot tub is very comforting. My husband and I had the spa all to ourselves.

The bed was very high and hard for me to get up into. Once in bed, however, it was comfortable. The space between the foot of the bed and the TV is very narrow and I stubbed my toes on the corners of the bed a couple times. My clumsiness, probably.

Staff were friendly.The pillows were extra comfy. Had a selection of 4 per bed, from soft to firm. Shower had good forceful spray. Room was clean and looked updated. Despite being near the highway, it was quiet. Breakfast was good but managed differently. You ordered what you wanted and they gave it to you in a bag. Had fruit, yogurt, waffles and an egg sandwich- pre-made. It was tastey. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was clean, spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Location was great and close to many options for food--and provided good access for exploring Whidbey Island during our stay.

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but everything appeared very well-maintained. That being said, we had family staying in another building on the property which appeared to have renovated rooms, so they may be doing some upgrades in stages.

The room was large and comfortable for the 5 of us.

Wish the pool had been bigger as there was a lot of people at once. Seems weird to go thru the lobby to get there. Would be nice to have a larger area maybe more in the middle of the buildings. And it was a different experience having breakfast packed up by the hotel. While the fare was typical of most hotels, it was different not being able to get my own food and sit in a 'breakfast' area to eat.

Location suitable for what we had planned during our stay. Decent sized rooms, comfortable beds, and adequate breakfast offerings.

Know that it’s near NAS, and the planes do fly overhead, but we didn’t hear any during the late evening hours, so didn’t interrupt sleep. Also, currently renovating the pool area, but looked like the hot tub was still available.

The Coachman was so clean, and quaint. Was quite impressed with the cleanliness and the old world charm. Cutest place ever. The pool and hot tub area was lovely as well. Cushioned chairs and lawn chairs. Don’t even need to swim just could relax in the lovely seating and cute atmosphere

It was very nice the coachman included breakfast. It wasn’t the best as the breakfast sandwiches were just Costco Jimmy deans and kindof soggy and somehow hard. But very friendly staff and lovely coffee and tea all day and night. And made to order waffles nice too! Still in Covid practices I believe. Was not self serve.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Big double room.

Would have liked the second room to have its own AC and for the windows to have screens. My aunt said the AC kicking on woke her up through the night, it didn’t bother me but I wear earplugs at hotels. Also, it didn’t seem that loud when it came on; I’ve heard louder. I didn’t hear anything from other people’s room through the walls.

It was very cute, nice workers, breakfast was great, pool and hot tub was nice, and they gave us a book of things to do as well as giving us recommendations and coupons for places.

Unfortunately one of the hot tubs jets didn't work, but it was nice for a warm soak. If it's busy while you're there, you might not get a parking spot but there are places close by to park (shared parking lot)

Stayed 6 /17/2023 Very cute hotel. Loved that it is not a chain hotel! Hot tub was great ,as was the pool. They even provided " floaties" .Beds were comfortable and the room was clean!

Stayed 6/17/2023 The room was small and the bathroom smaller. I'm short 5'4" and it was small for me. Tried to pay for an upgrade to something bigger. Was told I couldn't as I booked through a third party ( this site) oh well their loss on more money! Breakfast was HORRIBLE! we had the breakfast sandwich. And my friend had the biscuits and gravy.( she said " the gravy was bland and the biscuit was dry") The croissant was not good at all! " mushed down, not light and buttery" ( we did however meet a family at the airpirt that stayed here as well. They all ordered the waffle and loved it! These are made to order, the sandwiches are pre made. ) and we think the gravy may be canned?.
