Clean, comfy bed, nice size room. Nice to have the continental breakfast, especially the super yummy muffins. Friendly staff. Located very near my daughter. The toilet & shower were separated from the sink area, which is preferable for me.

The location is a bit noisy. On my last night (Sunday) the train operator was literally holding down on his horn several times starting from 10:30pm to 11:30pm. There is some type of metal working yard nearby that was also a bit noisy in the mornings. But during the rest of the night it's very quiet.

The front desk gentleman, Shaun, was very friendly and provided us with a lot of GREAT information! Easy to navigate hotel and area. Felt safe and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. They were also very accommodating and allowed our son to park in the lot when we were out and about sightseeing. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice space.

Breakfast is just continental and gets you started in the morning. Muffins were very good and area was kept clean. Property is older and you can tell by the buidling and elevator but it was all good.

Great location. Clean room and facilities. Lots of little touches that make a huge impact. Like Fran’s Chocolates left for you instead of a gross little pillow mint. This hotel is such a hidden gem.

Only things that could use some improvement is the quality of mattress. Our bed was rather uncomfortable but at least it was clean! Then they could use better windows to block out street noise better. We had a room on the west side of the building this time and it was like the vehicles were in our room lol

Staff were very nice!! Room was clean and comfortable. They offer some breakfast items, personally enjoyed it, muffins and my favorite yogurts so that was awesome! They don’t have flavored creamer but that’s not a deal breaker for me since Starbucks is right down the street or you can buy your own creamer. I am a huge fan of creamer in my coffee lol but I recommend the stay here!! It was decent price and a good stay!

We've stayed at this hotel many times, as it's great value for dollar. Location is crazy easy to reach from I-5, downtown via 4th Ave or Hwy 99, parking is free and secure, checkin/checkout is simple. Within walking distance of great Georgetown eateries like Fonda la Catrina. No frills, but the basics are good: rooms are super clean, beds comfy, and coffee/yogurt/fruit in the morning is nice.

Front desk people skills are a bit uneven. Some staff is courteous and helpful, some staff seems annoyed at basic questions. I'm not looking for a new best friend, but service could be more consistent.

Breakfast was pastries and yogurt 6am-11am with coffee/tea available all day. Housekeeping is limited to request only. Neighborhood was more commercial. Ample parking. Pleasant stay. The rooms have a retro fridge in them, but no safe or microwave (microwave in lobby) The physical building is an older motel vibe but the little touches like the fridge, access to 24 hr Madelines and coffee/tea and high quality local yummy pastries just made it special.

Housekeeping services were limited… have to ask for towels and toiletries. Housekeepers were helpful though. Early morning street noise if you are facing street side.

We stayed in this hotel to be close to the Seafair weekend activities. The room was small, but there was room for our suitcases. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and we drove to a nice place to eat a couple minutes away, could have walked, but it was very hot that day.

The proximity to the airport is good for Seafair events, but it is loud. You can definitely hear the planes. I travel with a white noise sound machine and that helped a lot to cancel the noise.

The staff were kind, welcoming and inclusive, helped me with a variety of things and were just generally good eggs. The rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable and appropriate for the price.

The room I stayed in (202) was massively impacted by some aspect of the plumbing, perhaps the room above? There was a loud rushing noise periodically, about the length of time you would run a faucet or similar, so maybe worth looking into.

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bed slept very well. The breakfast was very simple, but enough to start your day. There were some excellent restaurants within walking distance so we found some really good food for dinner. This hotel was very close to bus #124 which we took to Pike Market, T-Mobile ballpark and basically everywhere we wanted to go.

The traffic noise is non-stop and a bit loud in some of the rooms.

This is a lovely older style hotel, back home we would call this more motel style. it was safe, very clean, very comfortable bed, nice and quiet, and really lovely staff.

It was located in an industrial area which I didn’t realize at the time of booking and was a bit far from the city center for all the touristy things I had planned; I didn’t feel safe walking back alone through the industrial areas by myself but it was close enough for Ubers to be a reasonable price. Breakfast was simple but enough for me for a one night stay, just whole fruit and yogurt plus sweet cakes; if I stayed longer I would have eaten breakfast out.
