THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT BUT HELP OF THE YOUNG LADY """SAM ""WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE TRUE DEFINITION OF HOSPITALITY!! Upon arrival the first thing i needed was Ice-- There was no Ice machine-- at check in-- Sam immediately brought me a bag of ice that she had in the motels break room-- I found Sam to be a wealth of information - She also went out of her way to give me the road closures and routes during the parade and festivities. My grandson needs some extra help and this info everyday was so appreciated. Sam was professional and seemed her position there was important to her.

2 things could have been better -- #1 -- the Carpets need to be replaced #2 -- it would be good if the AC unit in the Suite could be moved to the other window -- (so its not blowing on the couch) (minor) :} #3 Replace ice machine in a more timely fashion

The location was central for various plans we had, making it convenient. All staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Our room smelled like straight up cleaning supplies, which testifies to the cleanliness of the rooms but was a bit strong. Additionally, the stairwell closest to our room was closed off due to the repainting that was being done so we had to walk all the way around the building.

Big room, clean, the room comes with a deck, all the windows of the room open towards the courtyard so the room is quiet, the fridge and the microwave come in handy, and there is a pool. It's also a convenient spot on the way to North Cascade National Park and a lot of hiking areas.

I liked how close it was to the center of town and how accommodating they were to my needs, they did more than enough for me to want to come back and this is my go to stay in Sedro Woolley

It's not the fault of the staff or the owners but the downstairs customers were really loud all night

Room size was great. Beds were very comfortable. View of mountains was excellent. A/C worked better than expected. It was great to have two different restaurants and a Rite Aid store within walking distance of the property.

The towels were a little bit on the not so white side but okay overall. I wish the property offered some type of breakfast. It would also be really great if the room got "aired out" in between as it smelled a little bit musty and "smoky".

Location ideal for early travel to fishing destination, without having to travel for an additional 1.5 hours.

Wakeup call not available before 7 AM. At our group's age range and with one persons physical condition,,would have preferred a ground level room.

Really appreciated the level of cleanliness and effort to make the stay comfortable within the limitations they had with the older facility. Our bathroom was sparkling clean. We were promptly given the extra towels we needed. They were plush and new but they also weren’t stained like some reviewers have experienced. We didn’t need plush new towels. We just needed towels. The mattresses were comfortable and two choices of pillows, firm and soft, were really nice. The fridge and microwave were great!

Their ice machine was broken, which happens. The staff at the front desk explained they’d already paid a lot to have it repaired only to have the repair service say it was unrepairable. It was not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time for our needs. It also would have been helpful to know the fridge didn’t have a tiny freezer section to chill our ice chest cold packs for our day out of the room. Also, our iron leaked like a sieve so was unusable. It is old so noise is an issue but none of those things was enough to cause us not to stay again. The location was perfect for us and the price through Booking.com was affordable.

Great location in town, great staff, coffee kiosk across the highway has good coffee.

Not all the hallway lights worked so it was dark directly in front of the room 210. The lamps were unplugged, had to crawl under the furniture to plug them in.

Loved the Mexican restaurant attached to the motel. Great food and prices. We arrived too late to use the pool and green space but... next time we'll use it. Loved the door from our ground floor room into the green space. Good idea to have top quality toilet paper and tissues.

Could have used more than 1 small towel.

That it was an easy booking and check in and that I had a place to stay that was within walking distance of an event I was going to
