Beautiful view of the harbor. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable king bed.

We don’t love casinos, but the hotel end was separate and quiet. We enjoyed a short evening walk by the bay, with a beautiful sunset. We drove into town for fun atmosphere and dinner restaurants, preferring that to casino fare. However, the coffee shop in the casino was great for a quick, affordable breakfast and espresso drinks. The barista was exceptionally nice. She had to do everything herself but had a smile and kind words for every customer who had to wait in line.

Location was great, room was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was a little uncomfortable as it was well broken in and had a center dip. Pillows were a little flat and I could have easily used more. Grounds were beautiful and I loved seeing baby bunnies hopping around. Coffee shop was fab and a life saver. Best shower ever!

Bed was old, pillows were not enough. TV remote didn't light up so to turn channel on dark had to turn light on to see buttons

Good location. Front desk staff was very friendly. This is my 4th stay, to be honest there has been some relatively minor hiccups each time I’ve stayed, however what’s important about me mentioning that is that the staff has fixed it and compensated me for the problems each time. I feel that is what is important, they didn’t just say sorry and dismiss me, the apologized and then worked to correct it.

Can be hard to find bell carts, if that’s important to you, it is to me. Limited food choices, and it’s a little drive for additional choices.

We have been staying at the Swin since it was first built and keep coming back so they must be doing it right! Excellent facility in a lovely location. The Casino is always a lot of fun too.

Whenever we check into our room it is always way too hot, This time we were in one of the smaller front facing rooms and heat was set at 73 degrees. Obviously we turned it down but maybe some consideration into heat settings would be beneficial to guests and the Hotel's expenses!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were constantly greeted and asked if we needed anything. The hotel area was very quiet and you could not hear the noise from the casino.

The only negative experience we had was in the sports bar. The staff was not rude but they were not attentive to the customers. We noticed one server was doing all the work while ours and others stood around leaning on a counter with their arms folded.

their food is average, but the facility is excellent. very clean, roomy, we had an excellent view of the sound. staff were very friendly and helpful.

their parking for unloading is not good. a no parking sign, so no place to unload your luggage other than haul it from the parking lot. not very friendly. also the food choices are okay, but we've not found them to be outstanding. just average.e

Room was spacious and had a very nice shower. Food was available as was the casino. Also a gas station in short distance walking. Nice view out back of water and mountains.

Room did not have a balcony and the two next to it did. Would be nice to see which king rooms on the same floor have a balcony when selecting. Fatburger restaraunt do not make things on the menu after a certain time even though they are still open.

The deluxe room with balcony and chairs was very nice for enjoying the bay. Good size fridge with freezer is a plus. Very clean hotel. Too quiet! What I didn’t like about the casino games were most had sound turned off.☹️ It’s a casino, I want to hear my machine and know when I win!

Beautiful location on the Bay with bay view room, comfortable beds.

Wish they had room service, and more dining options with extended hours. Missed out on trying the 13 Moons restaurant due to early closure and days closed. Menu looked amazing, hope to try on our next visit! But overall a great trip and experience.

LOVED LOVED LOVED, the Sports Bar food. We went for breakfast since it was NYE they were open but it was Carver's food. My husbands food was not good so the Sports Bar employee offered him a refund or to come back for lunch on them. So nice!

That things didn't open until 8am, we didn't realize that and were up and ready to start the day at 6:30 and had to venture back to our room for awhile.
