The man at the front was nice and even came outside to show me where to go. The Room was great . Everything was nice, clean & fresh.

The bed was just a little uncomfortable but maybe that’s just because I’m almost 54 & my body had to adjust to not being in my own bed.

The room was CLEAN - always the most important aspect of lodging. Staff was super...shoutout to Mike, "Mamma" and Daniel! Central to everywhere you need to go in the area/region. We stayed 5 nights and it was quiet for every one of them. Although we didn't get to enjoy it, they're in the midst of building an outdoor seating/lounge area for future guests. Lastly, they have the best prices in Bluefield (West Virgina.)

No complaints. The Economy Inn exceeded my/our expectations.

Very hospital, check in was very easy.

Originally, we had upgraded to a 3 bedroom. They were unable to accommodate. However they did eventually get us 2 rooms next to each other and offered that at the price for a 3 bedroom.

Everything, the staff was very nice, it was super clean, flowers on the table and the bed and pillow covers smelled very nice and fresh

The room was good and clean but the pillows was not comfortable at all and the TV every channel was so snowy you could not enjoy watching it.

Older building, door didn't lock except for the chain had to put a chair under it. Musty smell in bathroom, knats around the exhaust fan.

It was very easy to get too.

The water pressure in the shower went down as soon as someone flushed the toilet.

The lady at the front desk for late night checking and owner was very accommodating for my situation. Thank you
