Beautiful I was expecting it to be like the one we stayed in in Rochester NY but it was a luxury hotel compared to that we felt ritzy even though we very much aren't. The pool area was beyond my expectations and the kids loved the slide.

The lady running the breakfast on Friday and Monday was nasty. My son (3yrs old) spilled juice and we were cleaning it up but she was swearing and glaring at us then went back in her kitchen still swearing in front of my young kids. My husband apologized and got a cold glare in response. Then Monday I heard her on the phone with a late truck swearing at the them and being nasty again in ear shot of not just my kids but other kids. Friday she was also nasty to an elderly lady who was trying to use the waffle maker. It was a real shame because other then that it was an amazing stay. I would go back again 100% but would be uncomfortable to find her still there still being allowed to act like that in front of kids.

This was an AWESOME place to stay. The staff was so friendly and engaging. The general manager was in his office with the door open and I stopped to let him know how impressed we were with his place. He took the time and talked with me for about 10 minutes. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good. The kitchen manager takes pride in what she serves and really caters to her guests. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are already planning our next stay!

Great pool facility and the breakfast area was roomy too. Also had a small bar which was an unexpected bonus.

Our daughter has 3 children and they shorted her one wristband because they were in a huge room that supposedly only slept 4 according to hotel standards. The children are 6 and under so a second room was not an option. They should rethink that policy.

The hotel was clean and inviting, but their was one thing that did stand out. The lady that worked the hotel bar on Wednesday night was awesome. She only works Wednesdays, which was a shame, but I'm glad I meet her. She had a great personality, mixed a good drink, and was fun to joke with. Even the other hotel guests at the bar were nice, respectful, and easy to talk to.

This is in no way a knock on the hotel, but more of a preference learned. As this was our first time here, I thought we would try out one of the rooms that overlooked the pool, but realized it wasn't for us. The room was great, but had a little to much light and noise coming in from the pool area. The room was also directly over the kitchen, which did affect our sleep schedule. That being said, the experience over all was good. I did book another room with them for next year, but asked that the room be away from the pool area, which they were nice enough to document.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location was close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, and highways. There are plenty of activities in the hotel.

The hotel does show its age and could use some updates. Also, my room was dusty and had cobwebs around the ceiling.

I did not have the breakfast, had to be at the airport by 5:00 a.m.

I liked everything about this hotel!very nice pool! Beautiful pool area! The coffee available any time! Food to cook in the microwave even though there are lots of restaurants nearby!

The beds were amazing and exactly what I needed after a late night at a seminar. The staff was great! I needed another blanket for the pull-out bed and the night person went to get one and brought it to my room.

We found an old key card in one of the drawers so it made us wonder just what else housekeeping didn't look through or clean.

The eggs were not my favorite but everything else was great. The waffles were excellent and they had many types of juice. I was very satisfied with Breakfast at this hotel.

My only complaint was that there were a few cosmetic fixes they could have done to the room. The grout on the tub, discoloration where they patched the ceiling. Otherwise it was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! When you check in they give you drink tickets for 2 free drinks each day you stay! The location was PERFECT! Very close to the mall, foods, Walmart!

It’s a little outdated! Stains in the carpet. Our bathtub had a large rust stain that made me uncomfortable. The walls could use a wipe down or paint job.

We left our vehicle there and used the shuttle service to the airport. That worked well.

The place could use some new carpet, but not a big deal.
