The back patio to the beach was wonderful. The hot tub, sauna, kids pools were all in great working order. The room was good size, the bed was comfortable and the pull out couch allows for extra sleeping. The shower was wc accessible. Had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Fresh coffee was in lobby at all times. Breakfast was thorough. Fresh strawberries on Wed was a great treat.

I would have liked fresh iced water available during day in the lobby. It was a hot day when I first arrived. Water shouldn't have to be something I pay vending prices for

Love the view of the water and the outdoor activities. The pool area was great for us with our 9 year old grandson. It was nice to have a warm breakfast, not just cereal and pastries. Good selection of souvenirs at reasonable price.

The breakfast area is a little bit of a walk through the building, but it was a nice area and access to the outdoor area.

We liked Absolutely Everything!! We had a king size mobility access room with a view. The set up was amazing especially for people mobility impaired. The added bonus was having a deck with a ramp to get to the back area with paths a beach and family friendly activities provided by the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friend. We have already made plans to make this our destination stay for future getaways.

The views, the location, and the heated pools...

The fact that yet another of these W properties had no working hot tub...thats been all these W facilities for 3yrs now that Ive stayed at no matter what state Ive been in...

The whole backyard was an experience. Lots of fun activities. The waterfall in the hot tub. The view of the lake was amazing. Listening to the waves crash. And I loved Kristins customer service. A lil smart ass and a whole lot of professionism. Thank you Kristin for the warm welcome. And the fast good bye.

Being by Lake Superior and being able to use one of the hotels' inner tubes to enjoy being on the lake. I also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The Continental breakfast was also a good feature.

My roommate snored all night!

The amenities at this hotel are much appreciated! They thought of everything!

The hotel could have been cleaner. Example: dog food between the two adjourning room doors.

The hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby were both convenient and delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was also spacious and fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Nice checkin staff. Coffee good. Nice outside space. Great location by the lake.

Did not like the breakfast. Only fresh fruit was not great looking apples. The eggs were cold and sausage not browned.
