Great location, convenient to get to Bayfield and Cornucopia. The premises are super clean and modern. The staff was mostly helpful and kind. The gentleman who checked us out was very kind and helpful. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Check in girl did not offer any info, just handed us our keys. No mention of where and when breakfast was or suggestion of places to eat. The breakfast options were not the best. Nothing had much flavor fruit could have been better.

We stayed one night before our daughter skied the Birkie Kortelopet. The room, lobby, hallways, reception were all clean and nicely kept. Breakfast was in a bright room off the main lobby. It included a selection of hot and cold items. Everything was tidy and sanitary. The bed and pillows were comfy. Most of all we appreciated how well everything was maintained and the cleanliness. Staff was friendly too. 🙂

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety hot food as well as cereal, yogurt, juice and coffees with several choices of flavorings. View was Lake Superior. We were able to watch 4th of July fireworks across the water. At our request they were able to get our rooms together. Room was handicapped accessible. King bed in separate room, small kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher. In the middle of town with easy access to parking lot.

We've stayed here in the past and again it was a great stay. The staff that we did have contact with were friendly and helpful, check in was quick! We had a great room with a nice lake view. The location was perfect for our trip, great access to restaurants and shopping.

Nothing, really everything was great!

Nice quiet location, off main highway. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast area had lots of windows with a beautiful corner view of neighboring buildings and the lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby seating was cozy and comfortable.

Probably a better breakfast selection would be nice. A broader selection of food items in the snack shop.

I appreciated how clean and comfortable the place was. Staff was friendly. I couldn’t give it the top rating because although the location was convenient, it wasn’t exceptional-on a lake or. With a fabulous view, near great restaurants, etc. The price was high, but quality was appreciated.

Lower price. On the lake rather than a block away.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The rooms felt comfortable and fresh, and the snow was cleared quickly from the entrance and parking lot.

The temperature in our room was 60o when we entered, having been set to 63o. It warmed quickly, however.

Transparency in pricing. The pricing was not the same for the 2 nights. Each night was a different price. Hotel attendant said it was from Booking.com. i'm not pleased with Booking .com and will never use it again.

Clean and well organized facility.

Front desk was not all that welcoming and price was a bit excessive noting that the facility had very few guests (city was noted as being booked up but this hotel was not).

The location and the room itself.

I liked everything except next time we might try and get a handicap accessible room because there were no bars in the bathtub and the tub was hard to get in and out of.
